- In Puerto Galera, Philippines, Jonathan and the gang are on the hunt for one of the rarest celphalopds--the Mimic Octopus, so-named because of its ability to mimic other animals.

In my opinion the quality of your videos is by far the best one on UA-cam. You just found a perfect mixture of diving and Biology. Please keep going!!

I think you've talked about the mimic octopus briefly before. It's cool seeing a whole video about it though.
On a boat with Jonathan , Michele and Howard Hall, I’d be so star struck. Probably forget to turn on my air
Thank you Jonathan for visiting my homr country once again
:D who doesn't love a new blue world episode?!! Thanks for all your work guys. Can't wait for the movie either!
Cool man! 30 years ago I used to dive, I came face-to-face with a hammer head, about 14' and I do mean face-to-face because I could have reached out and grabbed him, he cocked his head and looked at me with one eye, then he followed be all the way to the boat about 300' away I was at Sombrero key light house on the ocean side of the light, Needless to say it scared the hell out of me, I never went diving again.
videos like this remind me why i’m majoring in marine bio haha
I am from Argentina, I speak a little english, with your videos I practice a lot of english, And I a Scuba diver like you!!!
Pd: soy argentino de verdad, aca escribo en español para que me crean, que buenos videos, práctico mucho Inglés y aprendo más del mundo del buceo y animales.
And today I learned that "buceo" is spanish for diving. Gracias amigo.
Also your comment makes me wonder what kind of interesting dive sites and critters Argentina has along its very long coastline.
Jonathan speaks slowly and has a nice accent, his videos are perfect for practicing english and discovering the blue world :)
@@bemusedbandersnatch2069 yes, diver in spanish is "buzo" and diving is "buceo"
Haha. Yo soy de México. Y soy ciudadana de US. Vivo en los ángeles

Hi Jonathan! I'm from the philippines and i'm a big fan of your channel. You always have a very wonderful content. Your love and passion for diving is one of a kind. Through your videos, it entises me to go back to the sea and dive again. I've been through a life and death situation because of diving and i lost all of my passion to dive again. Thanks to your channel that i managed to get back again to the sea and enjoy what i've been enjoying since my childhood. Hoping for your safety and more videos to come. Godbless
Thanks for watching and glad you are back in the sea.
Beautiful creature!
I really love that opening soundtrack.
