Many thanks man Before I find your channel I always thought according to my experience that Korean people whom I met in the business field are not generous! But you proved that I was wrong and unwisely generalising! Thank you for this amazing lesson.
so wonderful, I just learned a few new gypsy jazz chords from Yaakov Hoter and your arrangement used all of them so beautifully, great to expand my vocabulary with such a well thought out example. BTW, I think the Bb in the second last measure should be Bb minor as it appears in the tab and the notes.
Hold me close and hold me fast The magic spell you cast This is la vie en rose When you kiss me heaven sighs And though I close my eyes I see la vie en rose When you press me to your heart I'm in a world apart A world where roses bloom And when you speak angels sing from above Everyday words seem to turn into love songs Give your heart and soul to me And life will always be La vie en rose.
Also the "G" and "C" have 6s in them, yet they're not labelled as such I'm new to gypsy jazz, maybe it's a naming convention that has 6 chords as "default"?

How come some of the chords that you write on the chart are not the same as the ones that you play? Like the G/B and the Bbdim in the main chord part?
Also the "G" and "C" have 6s in them, yet they're not labelled as such
I'm new to gypsy jazz, maybe it's a naming convention that has 6 chords as "default"?
Those arent the same chords that it says on the sheets.
Thank you so much!
