Hi! Cytina, nice to see and prepare another wonderful recipe. Last Sunday I prepared the Corriander rice along with dry beef, fried potato wedges n Cauliflower sauted in garlic, butter n pepper. All at home enjoyed it.Thnx for sharing such awesome recipes.
Hi Cytina, nicely explained and I understood it , and I will definitely try it today itself. I have one question, I didn't understand why you close the cooking chatti with the towel.
Thank you ❤ Maria . Enjoy the Jeera Rice .You can always add LESS JEERA to your pulav rice The idea of putting TOWEL ON TOP ; it absorbs all the water from the steam and dosent fall back into the rice ; therefore the rice dont be sticky Please feel free to ask any more question ; happy to help with tips ❤
@@lifestyleofcytina thank you so much dear, I noted down, God bless you, I made jeera rice today exactly the way you explained and we all enjoyed the jeera rice, and also I have added some sausages and it turned out very tasty, thank you so much once again, I made jeera rice 1st in my life and we enjoyed, God bless you abundantly, all' the Best 🙏🌹🌹🌹
I have mentioned Flavia , you missed it ,just keep on low flame for 7 mins after placing the towel ❤️ do not hesitate to ask if you have any more questions
Thanks for the comment Goan Canadian It absorbs all the water from the steam and dosent fall back into the rice; therefore the rice dont be sticky ❤️ personal experience 😊 not a professional
Yummy. But adding water one inch above rice is for professional like you. I add double amount of water to measurement of rice. That is easy.. thanks.
Sounds great! Thanks for sharing ❤️ 🙂

Very nice tasty ❤
Thanks a lot ❤️ Maria
It's better to use non stick vessel coz I feel it was getting stuck to the aluminum vessel
Hi Susan , If you are not comfortable using aluminium, can always use nonstick vessel, however you prefer ❤️
Hi, nice recipe.
Just a Q. covering with the cloth towards the end, what is the purpose of it?
Thanks for the comment Goan Canadian

You should strain rice n fry
Hi Rita ❤
Sorry I didnt get you , strain rice n fry what?
Very nice gbu
Thanks ❤️ Sara gbu too
When you making pulaav you put veg maggi
I always use chicken cubes for all my pulav recipes Avina , but you can use veg cubes if you like ❤️
Hi u never put any spices.
Hi Charlotte , I dont add any spices to my Jeera Rice .( You can always put less of jeera ) For any other Pulav and Biyani I do add spices,
Don’t like the chicken cube in it
You can skip the chicken cube 😊 Mally,
U did not tell the right quantity of water.
Hi , u missed it I Said add water 1/2 inch above the rice ❤️❤️
I have mentioned in my video also in my subtitles ❤❤
Water should be double the quantity of rice. That's what most people do.
.very nice 8:11
@@franciscopires8237 Thankyou ❤ Francisco
