The Yakutia restaurant with chef cook who has 20 years experience is outstanding, the dishes are prepared in professional cooking baking procedures and dressed with herbals and burned rosemarine and sweets. The bloody dessert is strange but delicious you say. Unbelieveable😂. Thanks for uploading this menu. God bless your good works. 😃

You dedicated a video whose sole topic is how to prepare Russian cuisine, specifically Yakutian cuisine. 🤩
First of all, the place is very nice and welcoming and what is special is seeing this aquarium full of varieties of molluscs which are certainly caught alive and cooked on the spot. 😃
I didn't know there was a mollusc in shell with a blood system and this awakens my curiosity to eat it.
The first dish you had Andrey prepare for you is a sweet fish dish because Pitaya and mango are sweet and I think it is very good with scallops. 😋
For raw fish, olive oil is necessarily needed to appreciate the flavor that mixes with that of the fish and the other ingredients and which in turn gives flavor to the other ingredients.
For the pitaya, I don't have fruit in the fridge but I have some plants that I grow on the terrace.
The second dish prepared with crucian carp and breaded with corn starch which is better than wheat flour due to the fact that it is crunchier and does not come off from cooked food.
Unagi sauce is a typical Japanese sauce that is sweet and in this dish sweetens the cucumber but also the crucian carp.
In the end, the dish is inviting and also beautiful in appearance. 🤤😋
Even the third course, a house gift, simple oysters are a classic to eat in a fish restaurant. 🤤
The fourth dish, this time a venison dish, is a much more complex dish and the novelty I see is the salamat sauce which must be excellent for preparing many dishes. In the end, this venison dish Andrey cooked properly and it looks more than inviting that only the smell of rosemary attracts a lot of attention. 🤤🤤🤤
Finally, as the last dish, I don't know this mollusc called anadara which has a blood system and it actually makes a bit of an impression to eat a mollusc with fresh blood, however, if you cook it then it's worth eating it and then Andrey has prepared it in such a way which is appreciated. 😋
Surely Yakut cuisine is much broader and is not limited to just these dishes and we thank the chef Andrey for showing us some dishes so that when we visit Yakutia, we already have an idea of what to eat. 🤤😊😃
