Really good video. I liked the 1938 Walking Liberty. That’s one I don’t own. And the 3 cent coins are so hard for me to figure out, I guess because I only have one and it’s a nice one but the proofs are much cooler.
1881-s I would give it an acetone bath, gently rinse with distilled water. Then stick it in an kraft envelope and let it tone on windowsill for a year.
That’s quite hilarious - and at the same time disturbing - regarding the 1883 Three-Cent piece. Proof-63 to Proof-58, and then finally to Proof-64. 🧐 😲😳😬 🤣😂🤣 The grading services have an opinion, you have an opinion, and, of course, I hold the definitive opinion !
The nickel dead giveaway to me is the edge how flat and squared it is and on the Morgan there is a cloudy residue on coin plus on obverse in front Liberty face is some lines I think they view as cleaning but if they don’t go across the devices your good it’s not cleaning lines
anacs being 3 grades off has me a bit shocked. great video!
Great video. I liked hearing the backstory and your thought process for each coin

there’s some great wisdom in this video
UNC or PR, that 3CN is still a nice one. Congrats on the grade.
It's hard to find 3CNs with toning
The 81-S sure doesn’t looked cleaned to me.

great coins
not really sure how that 81 is cleaned, luster look natural, and no hairlines that I can see. Rough
You win some, you lose some
Seems like a lot of effort for a small return…
