This has to some kind of agenda to discredit POC who really go through oppression. Cause if you think about it playing the victim has never worked for black folks caught red handed but still use the race cards.

People that actually have to deal with these issues are usually the ones trying to hide it to have a "normal" life, not as a shield from consequences. These leftists like to say "two-spirit", but don't actually know what that means. They fetishize native culture as some utopia of fairness and equality and progressivism. The truth is, two-spirit simply meant that a person was showing multiple traits. Such as a male who had feminine interests or a female who had masculine interests. But make no mistake, at the end of the day, they still considered them male or female, whichever they were born as, and they absolutely were expected to fill their gender role, i.e. if a man liked feminine things, he was still expected to pick up a spear and hunt and/or march to the battle cry, and a woman who had masculine traits was still expected to produce children and tend to the home/village.

100% echo the sentiment from Aba. Drunk drivers can absolutely get effed! The problem in most places is they are out on the streets again way too easy until they end up taking someone's loved one away for good or ruining someone's life.

I got pulled over for speeding in a different state (I was going 72 in a 65). I'm a white female and my husband and kids were in the car. I didn't cry or anything, but when the office asked me where we were heading , I said that I didn't know and had to ask my husband. The officer asked another question that I didn't know the answer to, and again I had to ask my husband. I think I came off so incredibly stupid that the office decided to NOT give me a speeding ticket as a kindness to my husband!
