The series is over. Lakers threw their best punches in games 1 and 2 and there's no universe where the Lakers beat the Nuggets 4 times in 5 games. I'm hoping the Nuggets mercifully finish off LA in a sweep so the delusional Lakers front office can finally figure out they've got an at best play in team roster that has no chance to really compete for a title or even be a respectable regular season western conference team.
As a Laker fan, as much as I want LA to win, I agree on this. Hopefully after this season, Lakers front office will finally wake up on making major changes on their roster.

Lakers really gave their best. No shame in that. It is honourable. And LeBron was guarding Murray pretty well. It is a priviledge to watch this man play at this level at age 39 in Playoffs. We shouldn't take that for granted. Denver couldn't hit many shots... for 2 and a half quarters. After that, that high of a level of playing for Lakers (and lucky shots that went in) it really wasn't sustainable anymore for Lakers. Lakers played really good. Denver didn't play well. But Denver is simply a better team.

What a great game as a basketball fan. Tough loss for Lebron and LA. But that game felt a bit different than the others recently. Even with the outcome of the game you could see how close these teams are if playing to potential. LA has to protect home court and it’s a 3 game series. Hope it goes to 7 and ends in a one possession game like this one
