Teslogic has a feature for blind spot warning, its implementation of it is great where you can always see what's in your blind spots (showing up as yellow on the sides) whether you're indicating or not, and if you do indicate it turns red to warn you. A feature like this for your Dashboard would be great, assuming the current commander has the hardware to support this.
I strongly support the addition of blind spot for the dashboard. Would be nice if, later, you could create a screen or a hud which would avoid using the phone. But for now having the blind spot feature would be very useful.
Hi Ive changed my 2022 model-3 to 2024 Model-Y. I’ve 2 questions before installing this in my brand new car. 1- Is installing s3xy knob going to affect my warranty. 2- Every component consumes the power but there’s only one battery. So how much range reduction this device causes ?

Will this be launched for the Model S and X? The only thing you need to change is the frame around the 4 buttons, it should be straightforward. There are fewer Model S/X, but it’s a group willing and able to pay.

Recently got the commander, Knob, and the buttons, only exploring the features, and it looks great so far. Happy that more features are coming to the knob. It has so much potential. Could you make the Knob to show some sensor information? eg. internal cabin temperature or remaining battery energy, etc (similar to what you show in the app dashboard)? Would be very useful I think. I use both the S3XY button and knob and find them very useful. I like it very much. Please add a ”Lightshow” feature in the future! I promise to sell many S3XY in Japan.
This is the best and most useful accessory ever made for Tesla. It is a bit pricy, considering it has yet to be fully functional. The A/C and fan settings should match what appears on the main screen. If these issues are addressed, I will definitely buy one. Is it designed/made in the US or China?

I have owned the s3xy knob for about 4 weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it, especially now that there are 5 screens, of which I use 4. There are so many features that I really enjoy about this product. Great job guys. Perhaps create a button to control the camera or record feature. Can you add a feature to make me an espresso while on the road? That would be great....

Is it possible to create a GUI in the Tesla Dashboard specifically for S3XY so that you can visually see the changes from the screen as you turn the knob? Or, make the visual UI part of the mobile app when in landscape mode, or create/use a dedicated screen? I see this because the only options are to look down and right/left depending on your wheel orientation, or remember the sequence of buttons when there are a lot of options programmed. Having a GUI would really enhance the process, maintain forward vision, and keep the driver safe.
I forgot to mention that with this update , the right side of the landscape dashboard is an active status bar. It will tell you which feature is active. 😊 We will expand on this in the future
I haven’t updated to the latest app & firmware yet, so apologies if this has already been addressed: please create different icons for Off Road and Drift modes. They both use the same icon, which makes it confusing if you want to have both available with your knob. Maybe tweak the Off Road icon to show knobby tires or a 4x4 indicator or something. As a side note, as someone who works in software product development, I super appreciate your commitment to continuous improvement and in soliciting feedback from your user base. 👏
Thank you for your feedback. The issue here is that we do not have enough space for that many icons inside the Knob, so we are trying to reuse some of the icons , instead of not develop the features 😢
Unfortunately, the system gives too much interference and does not work well especially if there are other accessories such as screens or other connected to the OBD sockets.

Please add auto cancel autopilot when accellerating over autopilot limit! On long drives, i occasionally need to overtake quickly or get out of the way, and forget to cancel autopilot first, resulting in a strike.

Why would you rely on users to select the correct version? Can the commander get the version number from the vehicle and update to the appropriate version, then prompt the user to download the new version when they update the car? Or could you ask the user to select the car software version before the software update is downloaded?

It would awesom if you could store settings for the passenger seat. I occasionally give my taller son a lift and my wife hates it because he resets her seat and she takes days to find the right settings again.
The automatic autopilot reactivation after line change is terrific. However what I really miss is that if the traffic sign us correctly recognized that the speed is not only adopted to decrease but also if speed limit has finished gets increased again. That is really a function I miss in my Tesla but shouldn't be a big problem for you guys to create a permanent function if selected like permanent Autopilot+ 😂 Is that possible ?
Is there a feature with left stalk for 3x blinking turn light for the highways? I mean, when we are on the highway, wanting to change the lane, just a slight touch on the stalk engages turn signal which blinks for 3 times only, instead of fully engage and disengage the stalk manually..? Have you guys considered making a rain sensor to properly control the wipers? I’m thinking a small device you could stick to the windscreen, just below the rear view mirror, which could tell the commander when the wipers need to run. Would be a nice addition to your portfolio

Hi, I got the knob today. Everything works fine, except for the windshield wipers. It doesn’t adjust the speed of the wipers on the screen. Only on the knob, but when I switch it on 1,2,3 and so on, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? 😊
Hi. Please make sure the Knob , app, and Commander are up to date and please read the release notes. Based on your Tesla software version you need to install the right update 🙂

Well that’s the problem. Everyone wast each function to work differently and and the same time they request all the features to come out in a week. It’s hard to do a complete customisation for each feature since we will be just customising , not innovating 😢

Thanks for the updates! When activating low beam using the knob, to force on rear lights in rainy conditions, it is canceled after a while, I assume by the car. Is this a known issue?
@@EnhanceAuto-S3XY_Gadgets I have only enabled wipers auto off in the commander. When driving I use the headlights set to auto, then I activate the low beam feature using the knob but lights still say ‘auto’ in the Tesla interface - but I guess this is as expected. Low beam is activated successfully, but only for 10-20 minutes or so, perhaps depending in the exterior lighting conditions.
When will you make Knob can control temp and update it in display? I pretty regret that I bought this product. The button press only succeed in the chance of one third.
Can you please add a feature to disable the vibration during bootup of the knob? I thought the ability to disable this would have happened by now. Do you foresee this added in the next release in August or hopefully sooner?
We plan our update months in advance , so no, it wount be available in August, since this is the first or the second time we hear this request. The knob needs to do the vibration on start since that is a calibration process. But maybe we can do something to lower it down 😊
Is okay to install commander under armrest obd port or it has to be installed behind A piller? Can I use all features regardless of the install location?
Why did you remove the "Always on rear daytime running lights", aka Scandinavian lights? I had that activated to test it out, now you removed that option, and I have no way to revert to factory settings...

Yes. But only a couple of inches. Enough for you can grab it by the top of the door (where the glass starts). That way no need to open with your handle
Seat adjustments via the knob are awesome. Quick question about opening the trunk via the knob - now it only works if car is in park. Can it be changed that opening works while in D?
I want that feature too. For example, you drive, a passenger jumps out, you press the button to open frunk or trunk so it’s open when the passenger stands there, especially when you need to do it fast. This should only work in P/D/R IF you are standing still 0 km/h mp/h to be safe.

I pull over to drop someone and the car isn't moving I want to open the trunk without the need to put to P. Also folding mirrors can accidentally be pressed at higher speeds and that will break them. On BMW is up to 40km/h

Can I have ability to change Steering Mode between Comfort, Standard and Sport for Knob?

Audio is muted starting at 2:55, comes back on at 3:12. Then it cuts out again at 4:20, comes back at 4:26.

Does the headlight update also work for Model X knobs? That was the only reason I bought it.

Sounds interesting, but not sure we can overwrite what the current AP/TACC is doing. Maybe down the road we can try looking into those codes

Yes, they can do both. A lot of Highland owners use our buttons for that :)

Have you guys considered making a rain sensor to properly control the wipers? I’m thinking a small device you could stick to the windscreen, just below the rear view mirror, which could tell the commander when the wipers need to run. Would be a nice addition to your portfolio

I want to report a bug on the s3xy knob. The pin code on the glove box does not work with the knob. it will bypass the pin and open the glovebox.
It’s not a bug. This is how the feature works. It’s describes inside the app.

Thank you! The autopilot hands-on feature is still there. It only works in the US, Canada, and a few asian counties

Does the mirror dim feature do both side mirrors and rear or can it be set to only dim the side mirrors?
Hi, I got the knob today. Everything works fine, except for the windshield wipers. It doesn’t adjust the speed of the wipers on the screen. Only on the knob, but when I switch it on 1,2,3 and so on, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? 😊
Hi. Please make sure the Knob , app, and Commander are up to date and please read the release notes. Based on your Tesla software version you need to install the right update 🙂

Ok, but I have updated the knob and the comma der before I started using it. I have the latest software version in my car as well. I have also disconnected both items and rebooted them 😂

I'd prefer if the seat functions only work while holding the button down.
Well that’s the problem. Everyone wast each function to work differently and and the same time they request all the features to come out in a week.
It’s hard to do a complete customisation for each feature since we will be just customising , not innovating 😢
@@EnhanceAuto-S3XY_Gadgets Yes, but there are safety reasons why seat adjustments should be done only while pressing the buttons. That way the seat can't hurt someone, as you alluded to in one of your videos on this feature!

Thanks for the updates! When activating low beam using the knob, to force on rear lights in rainy conditions, it is canceled after a while, I assume by the car. Is this a known issue?
Hi. Not sure what your case it, but can you go to the Commander tab and see if you have enabled your Auto Off - high beam smart action.
@@EnhanceAuto-S3XY_Gadgets I have only enabled wipers auto off in the commander.
When driving I use the headlights set to auto, then I activate the low beam feature using the knob but lights still say ‘auto’ in the Tesla interface - but I guess this is as expected. Low beam is activated successfully, but only for 10-20 minutes or so, perhaps depending in the exterior lighting conditions.
When will you make Knob can control temp and update it in display?
I pretty regret that I bought this product. The button press only succeed in the chance of one third.

Can you please add a feature to disable the vibration during bootup of the knob? I thought the ability to disable this would have happened by now. Do you foresee this added in the next release in August or hopefully sooner?
We plan our update months in advance , so no, it wount be available in August, since this is the first or the second time we hear this request. The knob needs to do the vibration on start since that is a calibration process. But maybe we can do something to lower it down 😊
Is it possible to implement a function so we can turn off the ISA (Intelligent Speed Adaption) sound on tesla highland?

Is okay to install commander under armrest obd port or it has to be installed behind A piller? Can I use all features regardless of the install location?

Why did you remove the "Always on rear daytime running lights", aka Scandinavian lights? I had that activated to test it out, now you removed that option, and I have no way to revert to factory settings...
Many people have reaported that this feautre is not working well for them, so we have removed it until we fix it. :)

Possible to lock/unlock the knob and 4 buttons when we get an interior clean? I think car care staff can accidentally push a button while wiping the central console. Thanks.

Yes. But only a couple of inches. Enough for you can grab it by the top of the door (where the glass starts). That way no need to open with your handle

You don’t need it if you don’t see the value in it. It’s for those that want to customize it and be able to control things with 1 click 🙂
Seat adjustments via the knob are awesome. Quick question about opening the trunk via the knob - now it only works if car is in park. Can it be changed that opening works while in D?
Why would you want to open the trunk in D? Don’t you think it might be dangerous ?
I want that feature too. For example, you drive, a passenger jumps out, you press the button to open frunk or trunk so it’s open when the passenger stands there, especially when you need to do it fast. This should only work in P/D/R IF you are standing still 0 km/h mp/h to be safe.
@@EnhanceAuto-S3XY_Gadgets I see your point. However opening the trunk should be based on the speed not the 'gear' car is in. I pull over to drop someone and the car isn't moving I want to open the trunk without the need to put to P. Also folding mirrors can accidentally be pressed at higher speeds and that will break them. On BMW is up to 40km/h
