Fumba Town is a beautiful idea. It is unfortunately for the ELITE RICH. There is no incentive for Tanzania or the island to offer affordable housing for the Diaspora they also partook in. What exactly is "affordable housing"? I'm assuming you mean low income housing. There are certain demographics that can afford these homes 🏡 so that make them affordable. Whether there out of your price range is something else but you shouldn't expect handouts in other countries. These nations need investment more than they need low income housing. Which only lessens the value of a property.

These homes will not age well. They’re cheap looking and not well built
The fabrick houses can last for very long years. As well as best for exreme cold or hot climate
The houses are awful. The property manager, Raquel is also awful
