Motor riders should practice it (I mean, learning to look in the direction they want to go in strange situations). I have had standard motor riding lessons here in the Netherlands, it contains evasive manoeuvres as well. I never see these on any of these 'motor' channels. Motor riding should be learned by practice, not by just doing. It makes the road safer for everyone. And no, I never did a wheelie, if my tire got 20 cm above the pavement than that is all, and by accident, and happens rarely but I handle it with easy. The only time my motor hit the pavement was when I did not put it the correct way on its stand (eons ago, my first heavy motor).

Rule #1 never put your front brake on while going around the corner rule number two for GOD sakes remember rule number one! Also have any of you noticed that if you get that little plastic toy propeller spinning thing and put it on your handlebars you will always crash LOL
You can def brake in a corner if you have to you just need to apply gradually and obviously not overwhelm the tire. 100 points of grip bla bla, if you are using 50% grip to corner you can brake up to 50% force. Obviously its better to set your corner speed before you lean the bike over, that gives you the greatest margin of safety if the road surface isnt 100%, or there is a suprise in a blind bend. You can lightly brake while turning and then stand the bike up a bit and brake harder more safely, less risky option.
