Just a small tip if you ever gotta remove the wax ring again, use a putty knife aka scraper. Works well and you don’t get wax all over you in the process. That mess will get everywhere

Can you see a few water on the line after removing the toilet bowl in the basement? same as the drain line?
I'm not fully understanding your question. Your toilet is connect to the drain line, they are both the same (if I'm not mistaken).
I took off the toilet bowl but inside the pipe you can see water on the lower level?
Is that normal?
It is the basement bathroom.
Yes it is look like drain line, toilet because if I throw water in the bowl, you can see inside the drain line water movement up and down
