@jackjack4412 he could start with actually throwing a punch. Dude spent 50 seconds leaning heavily on the other guy. He was putting all his weight on his front foot, which takes most of the power out of anything he's gonna throw... which is why when he finally DID throw a punch, there was no power in it. A little more weight in the back foot will allow you to generate more rotational force, creating more power (quicker power, too, cause you dont have to wind up the generate the power. It also doesnt telegraph the punch to the opponent, because the punch isnt coming from 10 miles away.) Too much weight on your front foot can also cause you to lean forward, exposing your head to your opponent.
