Great speech I may say, however my concerns are two Mr DP. Are you speaking of officers working in your same government that you are serving by exonerating yourself as "CLEAN" and detached, because by so doing you are ingeniously attacking your boss Ruto for tolerating incompetence?? Secondly, why now?? Why couldn't you have called Ruto when things were at infancy to communicate the same to avert these innocent lives lost??
