I think I will try planning my day the night before. I've done that in the past before big events and it was helpful, but doing it before regular days would be helpful as well, I'm sure
I've been pairing higher dopamine things with lower dopamine things based on your recent video about pairing challenges with rewards in order to get things done. Like, I'll watch a drama while washing dishes or doing laundry. Helps me get both done. Or I'll be like "I van play my mobile game for 5 min if I get xyz done." It's been helpful
Issue I face in my life I'm not an organized person ,also I wast my time at social media and watching to much soccer and playstation since I found this channel I try to changed but that take time .thank you so much for motivation and help me to change to better .
It is quite hard. I am currently still getting over some regrets and trying to move on. And constantly stuck at "what if" circle I try to stay in my comfort zone like watching serials etc as much as I can because the more important activities require a lot of energy and do not bring me dopamine straight away
@ yep, just have so many responsibilities, mouths to feed, and intentions, what I thought were worthy goals, is what got me here. 😂 Just hasn’t worked out like I thought it would. Even the best of plans and dreams and intentions get blown up by real life.
