Very Nice lecture, May I ask a quick one, in 6:10 you suggested trying buddy wire stent anchor , I know that your skills make you confident opening artery downstream but what if the balloon still coouldnt cross the CTO?
Can the anchor technique by inflating a balloon in the side healthy branch cause stenosis because of balloon inflating? Bcz i know that we don’t touch a healthy vessel.
excellent video Dr. Brilakis like usual, what do you think of balloon-assisted tracking (BAT) i tried that before and it worked for pushing the guidelines deeper in the artery, I usually start with it and if it doesn't work i move to balloon anchoring
