Just want to say I hope you still write Strahd music, its phenomenal. I made Ireena a bard in my campagin and she sang "Falling" in a tavern after reading the Tome, which upset Strahd quite a bit. This is the song I had playing while narrating what it was like the first night's sleep after trying the dream pies. Just thanks for your contributions!
@@MachoKrispies To be honest, I've not written anything CoS since the campaign ended. I have one leftover idea that I am hoping to eventually finish, and a couple songs I want to re-do in a different way (like this one). I do always appreciate hearing that these songs are being used! 🙂
@@applebardI’m actually about to start running a musical version of curse of strahd, so if you ever need ideas or intrested in joining I’d love to help! ( I plan on using a good bit of your music lol)
@@Coolguy-me3dq I don't think I have the bandwidth to play in another campaign right now, but if you wanted to do a music collaboration some time I'd be down to try
I've always loved the concept of jarring Innocence of a children's melody, particularly the music box. I plan on playing this on mu uke for the next encounter in town. They're likely to be heading back to Vallaki or Krezk fairly soon. Good song!!!
@applebard absolutely, I use both in my game to portray a sense of macabre. Morganton has a magical box that plays music like an ice cream truck when active. My dolls were all of a certain PC as they grew up...even one spoke various phrases within the campaign...very creepy and fun
Hello! Thank you very much for your creativity. I've always been amazed at how something can touch a person's soul, that a person would write a song about it. And not just one! And I really like each of your songs!

New curse of strahd song! Awesome!!
Apple bard I genuinely love you and your music, I always look forward to your posts
Thank you, that means a lot! I've fallen off ever since the CoS campaign I played in ended... But I've still got some ideas rattling around

@@Coolguy-me3dq oh my goodness, what a cool idea! How does that work? Is part of the Barovian curse that the locals suddenly burst into song?

@@applebardI would absolutely love to do a music collab (and honestly have an outside curse of strahd musical pov) what’s the best way to contact you?

I feel like music boxes are similar to dolls. They both ride the line between sweet/cute/comforting/beautiful and... well, darn creepy 😂
