Watching from Australia. Your recipe sounds and looks great! I have a fruit tree in my garden and the fruit is called Guavateen also known as Pineapple Guava and Feijoa. It is small like a Jamun and delicious - the taste is a cross between guava and pineapple and the inside looks just like a Guava only a miniature version of it - I am going to use your recipe and make guava jelly from those Guavateens. Thanks for the recipe!
I remember my friend when she bring me to visit her she prefer this guava for me and so delicious thats why I like I remember her name Gina my friend, God bless

Can you use 4 cups of white sugar instead of brown sugar ?
yes you can but it would be pale in color...
can you use kalamansi juice instead of lemon?
@@catherinejoyvictoria8625 yes you can
@@DanzFoodpark how many kalamansi do i have to use..?
@@catherinejoyvictoria8625 1 tbsp kalamansi juice
When you wrote 'pour in to a hollow pan', I think you meant 'a shallow pan'.
yes... thank you for the corrections... and thank you for watching.
Ok lng po ba khit d lagyan ng kemon
calamansi pwede rin... para hindi tumigas yong guava jelly natin... stabilizer ang purpose ng calamansi or lemon juice
I think that's called jam not jelly. Jelly is made from the juice only.
