Most new fans today are considered junk and don’t last long, for me I want one that will last me for my lifetime like for example an oil bath fan or a simple but affective cast motor that will produce the power when needed, but these modern junk are all about appearance on the outside but not for performance on the inside.
I never knew centrevilles to be noisy
These fans were loose and that’s why they were wobbly and noisy.

try tightening the blades, it sounds like the blades are rattling
I did yesterday, I also tightened up the mounting bracket too and now it’s quiet and it wobbles a tiny bit now.
Harbor Breeze Centrevilles seem like good fans but they are not. Just because they blow good air doesn’t mean they are not wobbly.
