Great content Would be nice to talk more about sinking borehole for water...how much it cost, how deep you go, quality of water and treatment needed etc..I think its a part of catfish farming that is rarely talked about

Borehole water is best. ▪︎Have feed sources (in the event one fails, options still avail for feed) prior to start. ▪︎Have good fingerlings source. ▪︎Budget for farm structure as well as implements. Have at least 6mths capital, and excess especially for water and feed. ▪︎Have knowledge prior to, especially from another/others with experience. Do NOT start "blind". ▪︎Do a revenue projection (to have knowledge of invested time and money as against estimated or projected profit). ▪︎Start small ALWAYS. Especially to check possible loss et al... *This is relative.* ▪︎Do NOT start with all value chains of catfish. E.g. Having the desire to have one's own hatchery, making one's own feed, smoking fish by oneself, etc..ALL AT ONCE from the start. Start small and source from established sources in terms of feed, hatchery, medication, etc. ▪︎Keep learning even after starting, and have periodic evaluations. All the best

Look for market first before u start... U can get market in lots of places including markets around you
those markets are quite small
is there not an available market for large scale and consistent supply?
