For those who cry about her stabbing with a knife, not using numbing, etc, I just watched a video from a US doctor who used the same technique on a patient with blackheads in her armpit. She did not think that he was too rough. He is, in fact, always very gentle with his patients. She did not think he was a butcher. The only thing he did differently was to use cotton buds rather than squeezing, though I have seen him squeeze, too. Quit crying for goodness sake, Karen’s.
The skin is steamed and the knife tip is used to reduce pressure when squeezing. The main goal here is always to preserve the skin as much as possible. The knife is very sharp and she’s only stabbing maybe at 1/32 of an inch, it just looks deeper because the recording is zoomed so far in. We don’t see double squeezes sometimes because the sac will likely come out later when she uses the hot bamboo tube to extract anything left. The least amount of squeezes the better. If these people who complained got their hands on some of the patients we see in these videos everyone’s face would look like ground meat and deeply scarred.
Many people are just so sensitive and want things wrapped in a pretty package, even if the techniques are practically the same. They assume she's "butchering" just because she's quick, doesn't baby talk her clients, and wipes blackheads on her gloves. I live in the US and my dermatologist uses an #11 or a 18g needle on my skin because I'm prone to hyperpigmentation from any form of squeezing pimples or whiteheads. He also uses finger squeezing unless it's hard to reach. The only differences are he wipes extractions onto a piece of guaze he holds and doesn't have nails.
Sometimes I think they just want her to sweet talk the gunk out. “Ok you nasties, it’s time to come out, now. Don’t make me get loud. Someone may complain!”
Thuy your ability to find & remove hidden pores is the turning point. Your super strong thumb eliminates them before they can become horrible. Great video 👍👏👏😊
Lots of ez squeezies, my favorites! Loved the batch o’ blackheads from 6:54 to 7:10. I saw them, she squeezed them, the blackheads popped out. Enjoyed that satisfaction for a quick sec, then it was on to the next...

Since I am a former patient I can tell you that some time you have to use the ghinzu. Some are so deep or hard that it causes much more stress to the skin if you don't lance it. You can see in some shots that they have squeezed so hard it tears and bruises the skin. Some of these monster rocks that are pushed out would hurt something awful if there was no hole for them to get through!!!

This is a good video, but I miss the days of the 25-35 minute videos. If they are only going to be 10 minutes, perhaps the production company that is doing this could show the best extractions in that short 10 minutes.

Because she frequently tries to pop around the good ones first, they often pop underneath her fingers or without expecting them to and it’s frustrating to watch. She should pop those and then pop around them. We still enjoy seeing the smaller ones popped but would get the joy of seeing the best ones popped right
The people she hires to edit and upload her videos, speed up the playback. You can change the speed of the video. She goes to other places before the first place is done, because her client’s skin is sore! These clients are human and feel pain

That’s so it goes right into the gunk, the client doesn’t feel a thing, the squeezing hurts more and I would assume the gunk or seabum does not feel anything cause it’s not alive! Think about it Karen’s!!
Exactly. In videos of very young, super sensitive patients, they don't react at all to the blade, but whimper at the pinch. The scalpel reduces pain for the patient, and that's the goal of any good medical professional. Those micro cuts will heal with no scarring at all.
Goodness. I used to do this and it was so painful. But I saw it as a revenge towards my pimples. Lol. I got so frustrated with the pimples on my face that I just wanted to stab them. Hahaha. Luckily I’m 44 now and I don’t get them anymore.
I am sure you have a reason, but why do you jump around from place to place? Why not finish one area before moving to the next???? Inquiring minds want to know.
Because it's less painful for the client this way,and this is about the client (well,to Thuy and her staff,not always so convinced of that with some other spas)

Dr Sandra Lee uses an 11 blade, too. She uses a comedone extractor which people complain about. You can’t please everyone!
