- SPOILERS AHEAD! Edvin Ryding and Omar Rudberg chat to GAY TIMES' Sam Damshenas to tease a ‘fun, passionate and messy’ arc for their characters in the third (and final!) season of Young Royals. Premiering 11 March on Netflix, with the series finale airing the following week on 18 March, the last hurrah for the beloved Swedish drama will focus on the aftermath of Wilhelm (Ryding) finally admitting to the press that he was the other man in the leaked video with Simon (Rudberg).

Their facial expressions show how they are missing the whole process of making Young Royals as it has ended for them. We will be the same after watching season 3. This show has stolen viewers hearts so much!!!! ❤ I feel Edvin and Omar are Twinflames who have come together to accomplish this lovely goal of showing the world what freedom and love would be. I love them and the whole crew of Young Royals 💕

Fans like to compare _Young Royals_ to _Heartstopper_ in their acting and stories. For me, _Young Royals_ is like a full steak dinner while _Heartstopper_ is like being at a fair and eating cotton candy --- just hot air that's fun to bite into, but many times too sweet.

These 2 young actors are just so amazing. They speak several languages so easily and are so incredibly thoughtful on the series and their characters. Omar is a pop star and seems to take it all in stride. WOW

I've watched the 3rd Series, countless times now, as I have the 1st & 2nd Series. The Writing, the Acting, and "Just Being Swedish", is the best beyond awesome. The "Goodness" of the cast, comes over beyond any Gay issues. You have represented Sweden's young to the world, as the awesome people, wonderful, open, fun loving, caring, and connecting to our values of gay love as special, at a time where there is still darkness in the world to us. You and the writer, took me through my Gay childhood, you said ALL of the things I wish I'd said, remembering all that pure pain for loving someone. Being called "Queer", bullied and standing up for love, might just becoming old Gay history, if so, Young Royals have fought our battles. THANK YOU ALL, for the tears I've shed. XXX

It's break my heart
In the US I have watched the first 2 episodes of Season 3. I have found all the conflict to be more than would like, but through that conflict the love and understanding that Wilhlem and Simon show to each other is very powerful. I think this is why season 2 was not liked as well as season 1. Anyways, it is just a show...There are so many young people out there that this show has helped and that is truly the only thing that matters! This show deserves high praise for how they show tolerance at all levels! And especially how they show love!
