honestly i like the no talking gameplay because personally i like to hear everything in the game and you can learn how to hear better in the game while watching him play with no talking
I stay adsed most of the time personally, but I dont run angled grip ever, try to cut down on sprinting around and stay ready to take gunfights even when you dont expect to

If you’re going to solo queue in plat 3 and you’re a mechanically good player. I’d work on playing for the win instead of trying to straight frag. Try to figure out why you’re losing a particular game. Usually it’s going to be a different reason every game (ex. No anchors on site, too many people on site, picking the wrong operator line up). But obviously solo queuing is the big part of the reason you’re stuck.

But once I got to gold 2ish I could just not win matches reliability since enemy teams just had better coordination. Then, I started playing with a duo or trio. I realized that this made ranking up a lot easier. If I have a bad game it is not an automatic loss since your teammates can make it up for you. So the best thing you can do is to find some teammates to CONSISTENTLY play with. That way you can synergise better. For solo queue tips I would say to try to balance playing on your own and playing around your teammates. You want to make sure what you are doing will help your team move in the right direction. For example, on defense try to cover angles your teammates are not holding. On attack if you really believe you need a wall open then go a hard breach or someone who has a hard breaching gadget. But do not expect anything from solo queuing or you will be disappointed. But yeah if you are on West or Central servers you can join this discord server that has good people: discord.gg/qUZpN2DmFN.

I don't mean to blame my team mates, because this is a team game, but it always seems like they are anchoring me down in lower elo than what I think I can play at. Most have poor k/d's, communication is sometimes terrible, they are too loud and give too many half-assed callouts etc. and usually 1 or 2 of them end the game with 0 kills and they weren't even planting bomb or giving intel. It seems like they all go for frags when they are not capable. I don't bring this up with them because I don't want to sound like a pompous asshole, but I am concerned that I will never reach plat or higher if I stick with this 5 stack. They don't seem to be improving as fast I am. Again, I am not trying to sound like a douche, I am just being blunt. Has anyone dealt with this? Did you stick together or did you split up the squad?
Even if your team is holding you back you should take accountability for losses , if you lose a game and blame your team what do you learn? Nothing. If you think about mistakes you personally made you can actually gain valuable information from a loss

I play 1 rank in 1 session, recording usually took most of the day for each rank and gold to plat took me 15 hours
