I feel this song. 😢 I was going through a time of finding myself and me working out every day looking and feeling good and eating healthy for myself. I ritually did this for over a year. This was my trophy and mine only to share no matter who looked my way. My therapy was working out. I was alone, family disowned me and no friends bc I travelled to much for work..life gets you. This is how I found the strongest inner part of myself during that time.
