Mr. bat reminded me of Mr. Ghirdaree from the wooing of beppo Tate. A truly inspirational person.
I love that book. Read it back in Form Two, but I can't recall Mr Ghirdaree at all.

How bittersweet but a lesson for all; the poor and the rich will all go the same way in the end. All the plans we make, the things we strive for, the plants we plant, the mansions we build, will all mean nothing when the time comes and life ends. A lesson to live a good life in the moment as tomorrow is not guaranteed. RIP Mr. Bat

I got confused while watching this video as I did not understand how I was seeing Mr Bat and then I realized and got sad. Although I had never met him your videos made me feel as if I had met and known him. The video was great and makes me more committed to learning to fly the drone that I had bought several years ago.

In many parts of the so-called 1st world, when children are asked: "Where do chickens come from?", they reply: "the grocery store." In times of crisis, folks talk about food shortages in the groceries - no bread, no water, no baby formula! Did Mother Earth suddenly become barren? What did mothers do before Baby Formula? Did their babies die because of the shortage of formula? And while I'm on that topic, which manufacturer held the monopoly on producing Baby Formula based on Government Contract? An infant would advise that government shouldn't grant exclusive contracts to manufacturers to make Baby Formula; contracts should be broadly distributed in case there's a problem with any one producer!
Food, water, etc. don't come from the grocery store! If we love our children, and we claim to love our families, and we swear that we'll do our very best to provide for them, a good place to start is by planting food for them "Inside Caura".

FYI: Seeing that you are not a bushman, I wanted to point out that those garden beds are there for planting - not sleeping. LOL!!!!
