A house of prayers for all nations!.
Not Gods heart that any should perish that all would come to know the saving grace of God.
The son of a hamas leader has received Jesus as Lord.
Miracle!°some have been born into indoctrination of demons. What happened was demonic but some will still come to christ!.

Rita, this is excellent! May I suggest that you always start with 'you' and then segue to your guest. When I saw it was someone else...I stopped watching with the idea that I would watch later. Was confused as to which # podcast I was on and fortunately went back to this one...and kept listening.
    Again...blessings to you! ♥

Hi Rita. I'd like to know if you and Scott believe that present day Israel is acting under the authority of God with their retaliation toward the Palestinian people.

In capital letters of this cover image, it states "PRAY FOR ISRAEL." Why only for Israel? There are innocent Palestinian civilians (who have nothing to do with the Hamas) being killed by Israeli military in retaliation.

You are so right! if you listen to this we talk about this and why we are called in scripture to Pray for Israel! it does not mean to not pray for all nations in conflict. I am hoping this message brings some of this into context that is understandable. Remember, as believers we have to look through this under the lens of biblical truth not in a political lens. War is never good and it brings great loss for everyone involved in it.

There is no moral equivalent here. 1400 innocent Jews were brutally massacred by terrorists and any nation who cares about its citizens would go to war with the terrorists who did such a thing. Another reality is the Palestinians of Gaza VOTED for Hamas back in 2007 to rule them. When America bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, or Dresden or any other battle in world history there have always been civilian casualties. Hamas targeted innocent civilians. The IDF targets Hamas...there's no moral equivalent. If Hamas puts their bases and weapon stockpiles under Palestinian Hospitals and trains their children in Islamic death ideologies you think that somehow if the roles were switched people would have any more compassion and understanding on Jews like they do now? Yes, pray for innocent Palestinians but don't be naive.

@@elijahthesamurai I never said that there is a moral equivalent. That's you reading more into what i said than what is actually there. I side with anyone who is innocent. If you think every single Palestinian voted for Hamas, you're the one that's naive. Likewise if you think that Israeli authorities didn't have any part in driving Palestinians into such desperation that they would vote for monsters to defend them. The Hamas hatred and animosity was not without historical provocation. To love others is a commandment. I can't imagine such tensions would have arisen if both sides followed it. There is enough land for everyone and enough resources for everyone. Before you belittle someone else and accuse them of being naive, you may want to examine the log in your own eye...

I have no political affiliation with either side. I actually didn't know much about the history until this happened, which got me interested. I feel like this gave me some objectivity. My first question when it happened was WHY. What on earth could drive people to such hatred and reduce them to violence that savage. Was there provocation? Not that this would justify the horrific acts in any way whatsoever, but I wanted to understand what motivated a response of that nature, whereas too many people were quick to look at the situation in black and white, focusing only on the recent attack.
Israel is God's favored nation. That much is clear. But if they had followed His commandments and treated their neighbors with love, I don't think it have been met with such hatred.
