Funny, today, I added the app and all, and then I lost my phone in the store for probably the first time, and I didn't even really freak out and people were helpful, and we found it, so I'm looking even more forward to listening to it. I'd just say, don't accidentally get the family plan unless you want it, because I accidentally did, but you can reverse it.

It definitely helps me fall asleep when it's a guided meditation sort of thing because I feel like having someone else tell me to go to sleep will make me more calm somehow. Kinda like how I am more motivated to work out in gym class or with a personal trainer than on my own. I definitely think you should make another video like this, maybe a series. I like the background sounds you add as well, the constant hum is nice. I also like the subtle short-echo of your voice it is really nice to listen to.

I had to come back when I woke up to say THANK YOU!! I haven’t been able to sleep more than 4-5 hrs a night for what feels like weeks now. I woke up after only 3hrs sleep and desperately tried to get back to bed, then this video popped up on my feed. Just woke up another 4 hours later feeling refreshed 🎉
