That PVC board is really great idea. But when I'm playin outdoor gigs (especialy hardtek and raggatek), the last thing that people notice are your cables. Mine are mostly arranged to look good.. 😅 The first thing to notice is good music and vibe 🔥🖤

I'm kinda looking for something similar as a DJ booth, but I want to use an external mixer where I can connect my mic, dj controller and speakers. Obviously I might consider on a small mixer, because a larger booth is way expensive.
some ideas are good here. but i think by adding the plastic sheets you have added more weight. using the lycra black would have solved the issue of cables being seen. it also makes the booth area very dark. and you then need a deck light to brighten it up for DJ use. i do like the velcro tabs idea for the power supply and the radio mic. this booth is highly configurable and i have done many many mods on mine
How sturdy is the overall booth? As you probably have to deal with people coming up, and leaning over to request music or say for instance, people generally bump into the table or in this case the booth.
I'm 5'8 and it comes up to my bellybutton as standard. My arms at around 90 degrees with my controller on top is perfect as I no longer need to bend down
Useless product at best. My ddj 1000 controller in pro x flight case won’t fit inside this booth. Buyers beware. This product is definitely not good for everyone.
@@panasonikkuho The only way my ddj 1000 controller can fit on this booth is to remove it from the flight case and that really sucks. My flight case is equipped with power conditioner and laptop slider and I want to be able to use them. This is the reason why this dj booth is not for every one.

Or you could create a custom rack under the table top that can house your mixer, then fold into the structure for pack down :)

I attached the angles to the frame, and glued the board sheets to the angles.

You may be right, I think the XDJ XZ with flight case won’t fit on this booth. Perhaps look for a booth that will fit it like the Vonyx db3

Can you fit a controller in a flight case on that booth? I have Rev-7 and dont want to risk taking it out of the case haha
Sadly not. It fits 2xCDJ with a 4 channel mixer with just a tiny amount of space left but anything in a flight case would be too big

It will easily handle things like that, it’s specs say that total recommend load is 25kg on the bench top.

it's not like they don't have dimensions explicitly listed. if you have a huge flight case that exceeds the size of a table, that's kinda on you.
