Upbeat Study Music - Deep Focus for Complex Tasks
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 лип 2020
- Deep focus for complex tasks, upbeat study music mix with isochronic tones. Uses beta wave tones to help you reach and maintain a high focus mental state. Use when working on advanced and complicated topics like mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any complex mental activity.
Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect, compared to binaural beats study music tracks or standard music.

What is this?
This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
How is this session constructed?
The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to 18Hz by the 6-minute mark. It stays at 18Hz until the final 5 minutes where it ramps back down again.
How to use it?
Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.
Headphones are NOT required
Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.
When to listen?
Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight
can you be quiet?

but it doesnt alarm you like other music

Exactly!! I love it!
What I like about this is that unlike the others this one actually has high bpm music that won't make you fall asleep while at the same time having soothing tones that won't distract you while reading.
Absolutely the best thing to listen to for people with adhd.

give this man a nobel peace prize. You are a god for the ADHD community.
Yep
what do you mean?
yup
@@miggroup5557 it's common for people with ADHD to actually need constant background stimulation to focus on a single task for a long period of time. Think of it like white noise that a lot of people like to fall asleep to. This type of upbeat music is good for people with ADHD because it creates this white noise effect and help then concentrate on a single task for longer periods. Even then it's best for people with ADHD to structure their work in shorter sessions instead of trying to do one thing for 4 hours. You don't want the sessions to be so short that you become inefficient by constantly switching your focus. This can be accomplished by picking 3 main things you want to accomplish throughout the day and working on them "simultaneously". By simultaneous I mean about 30 to 45 minutes at a time then switch to the next thing. I find I switch between them more fluidly, sometimes every 15 minutes or as an idea for one of the tasks pops into my head. If I don't immediately act on it I will either forget it or I will not be able to focus on what I was initially working on as I will have this constant nagging of this other idea and my thought will constantly drift back to that instead of what I am working on.
@@donovanhays I'm not sure about what you're telling..may be youre misunderstood what ADHD is..

I don't have any problems with focusing or concentrating. I just prefer this kind of study music because it's not too peaceful that it makes you lose focus and start to doze off. Relaxing music is different than study music, in my opinion. :)

Dear Mr. Jason Lewis 👑,
I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the immense support I have received from your Upbeat. It has been an invaluable resource for me during my studies, and I continue to benefit from it in my professional career.
Your work has made a significant impact on my academic and professional journey, and for that, I am truly grateful.
🙏Thank you so much, Sir.
I'm really loving this track for coding. It provides a steady beat without (for me) any real feeling of great urgency or need to rush, just an overarching flow to it that helps me stay on task and mentally ordered. Don't know how to describe it really but this has become a go-to background track for any cerebral work.
absolutly!
This music definitely has to be science backed and based, I was literally about to fall asleep but I have no idea after I started listening to this my brain just activated and woke me up. SCIENCE IS A COOL THING!!!
This playlist is FIRE. I'm getting work done and I feel like I'm in the middle of the desert dancing to a burning man sunrise set. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Thanks Liz. A big well for your distinction!
this set actually helps my ol' ADHD head with writing my bachelor thesis right now! I won't lie, it's also the doom of the impending deadline luring in the far too close future, but the continuous, while not too imposing beat drops really fuel my writing speed and motivation! Thank you!
My Social Studies teacher played this while we were making study flashcards and I loved the vibe of it. I also thought that this kind of music would've been composed by the video game developer of one of my favorite games.

ADHD gen x here!! YOU ROCK! A million desk things to do and my head was everywhere. Thought I was going to cry. Until these beats. Thank you ☘️❤️
I don't want to sound like nerd but this sound oddly close to something Thom Yorke would do (or Radiohead for that matter). On another topic, this is honestly the most productive I have ever worked. Screw the Lo-fi playlists man, this is the ultimate study music.
not a nerd! I thought it sounded like Radiohead too
It has kind of a melancholic vibe as well, like Bonobo
Is it me or is the music actually GREAT!?
First time listening to this. I'm using my noise cancelling headphones and put this on...I've been working for about 45 minutes and haven't gotten distracted. I usually can't stay focused on school related work for too long. I've been dancing in my seat while I work the whole time. lol It's helping me focus but making me want to dance at the same time. I'm just vibing with the music. Other study music videos I've tried have just made me sleepy.
This makes me feel like I'm doing some kind of life changing studying
Studying mathematics, Optimization at level 3, Just couldn't do it without this. And totally agree with other commenters, the beat is a good pace, some of the other stuff on here makes you feel tired and drowsy. Exactly opposite from what we want when were studying. Brilliant, cheers m8
I think I heard a baby's heartbeat on one of the tracks and that got me to thinking how cool it would be to be a music artist and record your own child's heartbeat in your music as a beat..and now I'm distracted again...damn ADHD...back to the music and my work. Great mix!

I kid you not it works! Every time I have a test and I have procrastinated to no end and I have to cram in several chapters the night before, this gets me to finally focus.
