You're a breath of fresh air. Straight, to the point, no fluff, no begging for likes and subs. Plus most importantly, great information! Thank you!
I'd love a similar set of mobility drills for the rest of the spine. Great content as always Mark!
Pterodactyl-poisonous snake - perfect! The neck mobility movements are some of the best videos you've done. Moving better, less pain, higher quality of life......
After starting the first lot of drills about a month ago I’ve just started to regain movement I didn’t know I’d lost, I can feel the vertebrates starting to free up right down the back of my neck! Quite a strange feeling!
Added these to the first set about a week ago, great results. You're not kidding - these exercises/stretches make life better!
Thanks a lot for these neck videos. Stiffness in your neck / upper back creeps up on you. Didn't really realize how stiff I was until I started to become a bit loose from your previous exercise video. Do these even if you're young, I'm proof you can still get stiff!
Deconstructed movements into movement patterns, brilliant!
I am SO glad UA-cam suggested the three minute neck exercises. Subscribing gave me this follow up routine. It has been so helpful with my struggles with COPD. Can I add a suggestion? Pretend your spine and your shoulders are The same poles of a magnet. Your shoulders get pushed up. Your ears are the same poor as your shoulders and your ears get pushed up. Hold that position while counting to 100. (The counting to 100, clearly and single-mindedly, will save you having to go to India to learn yoga.)
High Quality of Information is what we get from this channel. Do not take my word for it, try it on your own piano ! MERRY CHRISTMAS MARK ROCK ON ! ! !
Excellent as usual!
Many thanks for this helpful training!
LOVED the first one - giving this a try as well. Great help - thanks!
Wasn't expecting that.
Very good.
Thanks for posting. These drills have been very helpful to me.
Gotta keep sharp for When the pterodactyls attack! Thanks for this, added to my warmups immediately
You're brilliant!
Great video and very important for me having had disc replacement c6. Hope all is well at your end, Merry Christmas.
Vielen dank schönes - Circles, angles, lines - le meilleur!
This is really great, thanks a lot.
Great mobility video,. I'd love to hear your take on a hamstring stretching routine (as you demonstrated in your Jefferson Curl video).
Great stuff
Thank you... will include this in my exercise
Thank you so much sir, very helpful. Good and effective presentation. God bless and keep you.
Totally thanks.
THanks so much again you have a heart of gold. Stay Blessed and safe capital S.
LOL.... I will not forget Pterodactyl Poisonous snake... excellent sir!! Thank you and hope you have a Merry and Wild Xmas!!
I really appreciate these gift videos Mark. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all.
Very good thank you
Definitely gonna help when riding the motorcycle
Thank you.

These are good. I modify somewhat because of an old cervical fusion surgery.
Veryyyyyy sensible actions!
Thank you God bless you
Legend
I will implement it into my walking pattern with high knees and chambered kicks... also I am moving diagonally in low squat position. It makes my shopping stralls more interestin but twice as long. Neighbours call me "walking weirdo" 😚.
10 thumbs up! Hope all is well with your family ...
I have lost mobility and have a very stiff neck from sitting and often even falling asleep for long periods while sitting at the computer. my main stiffness is when trying to look from side to side - trying to look over my shoulder. i tried doing the exercises you have suggested. even though it hurts like hell looking side to side. i m not going to give up.
I immediately embraced these exercises, thanks. Do you ever experience tinnitus (buzzing in the ears) after doing this? Anyone?
Nice tricks to remember the patterns! Can you please make another Iron Neck video with a routine?
i will. my iron neck ended up in my dirt bike trailer somehow and its in another state currently.. when i get back to it, ill make the video
I know this will help but it takes practice to get the movements down.Wish I had these when I was younger
Aggressive crows are sometimes a nuisance here, so "There's a crow!, there's a snake!" is my line. These exercises are effective
I would call that last movement an “X” 😀 because that is the motion we are making with our head.
good
Mark, is there a plan to make a TGU nerd math video?
There is.
sir, Thank you for these exercises. Are you a physical therapist?
Some shoulders movements?
mark, you should do a segment for e-sports specifically
Excellent idea
Hi! How does one learn/ master the lateral glide?
I know understand why my neck hurts so much. It's so weak!!!! Doing these exercises felt like doing pushups for me
When will you announce your programs? I won't give up!
When the app company finishes it
Yaaaa! Hey, boo...
Bit off topic but been looking to buy a heavy club (15lb) any recommendations? Been looking around but having a hard time finding some
Rmax international original clubbell
Mark,
I purchased a steel club @ 15lbs. a few months ago based upon your weight recommendation for beginners. I bought a single club. I have begun to gain some level of competence and now am looking to buy another club. Would I be better purchasing a 15lb to pair up or purchase a 20lb to continue to develop greater strength? Thanks very much.
20lb
@@MarkWildman Thanks
*DO IT MORE BETTER* - This is the Neck Mobility clip to which MW is referring:

MW is awesome. MW holds awe because he helps others by teaching his decades of knowledge, via YT, at no regard for money or self-gratification. (Thank you, Mark!)
Any news on your app?
Stalled while I deal with a few I’ll family members
When I do the martin toward the front movement, there's a lot of grinding in my upper back. It sounds gross
Edit: I've been trying to figure out what muscle is doing this for the longest time but I can't pinpoint it
Sounds you could use one of those peanut roller balls on your back. Try 2 min to start. Build up to 5. More costly option is to find a good body worker (which is difficult to do) and have then crush whatever is going on back there. Warning. It will not be pleasant
@@MarkWildman hey, I have a peanut 🤙
And you're right... It sucks ass
1:16 if you come here often
Mark your worst nature videos have at least 1000 more people watching.....we have got to tell netflix or amazon about this and make a Mark Wildman travel channel fitness eating show !!!
Someone get me in contact with them. I could do way more with even a 2 man crew
Can't find part 1
Here is part 1: ua-cam.com/video/K4dmZ5_n6uU/v-deo.html

snakes are venomous my dood..although technically there is one species that is both venomous and poisonous. but snakes, in general, are venom produces and lack the mechanisms required to produce the poison toxins. def delete my comment after stealing the info! thanks again for the sweet vids and knowledge!
