This Old Faithful eruption was early morning July 16, 2013 (7:24am local time) . At a minimum eruption height of 90 feet, to a maximum eruption of 184 feet. The schedule that day was about every hour and a half, plus or minus ten minutes. I noticed a huge geyser some distance to the west in the same geyser basin would go off just prior to each Old Faithful eruption. As if they are in sync or share some underground relationship. My mom took me here when i was 8 years old and still amazing to this day thanks mom
one of the most peaceful places on earth. proud to have this beauty in my home state.
THEY DO TASTE LIKE MOTHER USED TO MAKE yeah I'd rather just visit lol
so thats basically hot water
Please explain peaceful in this video??
@@Skhan-nl2xu def what so peaceful lol
Hopefully it doesnt explode and wipe your state off the map
Old Faithful is truly a wonder to behold. However, they don't advertise the constant overwhelming sulfur smell filling the air.
That doesn't sound very reassuring. I thought sulphur smell was foreboding of an eruption... and Yellowstone is a supervolcano.
To me, the Sulfur just enhanced the overall experience!

Just went there a few days ago!
Still in Wyoming now it’s snowing!
That thing goes way up! Wouldn’t have expected so high.
That’s what she said

came here for the same reason
same here😂
That has to be one of the most beautiful things on Earth
saw it live in June 2016...... it was awesome
I've been there it's really cool
It's certainly a beautiful natural event to witness. I just wonder if everyone realizes the very volatile combination of events that take place just below the surface that cause a stream scalding hot water to shoot from the ground every 90 minutes. At some point, all of the stuff simmering below will eventually break through, and it won't be pretty. That's your happy thought for the day. Good night!
hutch Yeah and siting here thinking and worrying about won't change anything. If Yellowstone erupts and rips the earth in half like they claim it will, then I might as well just keep living every day like it's my last.
Yeah. The earth was destroyed by water first and God made a covenant saying He wouldn’t do that anymore. This time earth will be destroyed by fire….. get into revelations
@@lasonya22000Bruh. The volcano is the fire lol
Is it water
I wonder if the water is hot?
Yes, boiling.
As boring as Wyoming is (in my opinion) it's good to see a natural attraction that draws in visitors. Thanks for posting! I'll never see this eruption live-in-person so seeing it here is good enough for me.
This looks like a shield volcano🌋
Yellowstone!
We don't mind your geysers, but please wait a few thousand years with your eruption!

Not even joking 🙃 I saw this 3 hours ago!!!
Yellowstone is pretty tame for a super volcano
Beautiful.
Thank you for the good camera work. There are too many videos taken by people who wield a camera in a manner that would suggest they have Alzheimer's.
What would having Alzheimer's have to do with bad camera work?
***** haha my thoughts exactly.
You meant Parkinson's.

Lovely
soothing.
There's magma lurking down below the geyser area and the whole place may go up in an explosive eruption some day.
kansasthunderman1 yes, and?
Yes, and anyone living near that place had better have their a$$ets covered -like volcano insurance with a pyroclastic blast endorsement.
@@kansasthunderman1 if Yellowstone erupts its over for the entire world.
Wow !

This is no coincidence...
Old Faithful is symbolic of God Our Father’s Holy Spirit in the living water that continually flows by “faith in Jesus Christ,” through every Believer filled with the Holy Ghost!
“In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)”
John 7:37-39 KJV
This is no coincidence....
Old Faithful is symbolic of Allah's mercy, which flows from Him everlastingly.
This is no coincidence…
Old faithful is a sign that there’s significant pressure buildup below ground due to magma flow, causing a jet of scalding hot water to shoot up in the air.

seems like they can benefit from the naturally hot water somehow.
busara 45 theVillain no sir. it is acidic from the volcano.
There's magma underneath that water (or at least used to be) and that's the reason for the scalding hot water
