    This Old Faithful eruption was early morning July 16, 2013 (7:24am local time) . At a minimum eruption height of 90 feet, to a maximum eruption of 184 feet. The schedule that day was about every hour and a half, plus or minus ten minutes. I noticed a huge geyser some distance to the west in the same geyser basin would go off just prior to each Old Faithful eruption. As if they are in sync or share some underground relationship. Old Faithful is truly a wonder to behold. However, they don't advertise the constant overwhelming sulfur smell filling the air.

    • @123TauruZ321
      @123TauruZ321 2 роки тому +4

      That doesn't sound very reassuring. I thought sulphur smell was foreboding of an eruption... and Yellowstone is a supervolcano.

    It's certainly a beautiful natural event to witness. I just wonder if everyone realizes the very volatile combination of events that take place just below the surface that cause a stream scalding hot water to shoot from the ground every 90 minutes. At some point, all of the stuff simmering below will eventually break through, and it won't be pretty. That's your happy thought for the day. Good night!

    This is no coincidence...
    Old Faithful is symbolic of God Our Father’s Holy Spirit in the living water that continually flows by “faith in Jesus Christ,” through every Believer filled with the Holy Ghost!
    “In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)”
