Great TBR for February. I bought A Clockwork Orange last year but have not read it. The movie was great. Looking forward to your review. The Prestige was an awesome film. It kinda flew under the radar. Congrats on finishing up King. I should finish him up in ohh say 2035 or so....
It's been a crazy ride reading all of his books, I had to prioritize picking his books over others I wanted to read to get it done in 3-4 years like I did. I'm just excited to then start to re-read any that I want and not have to feel guilty about not picking up the ones I didn't read!
Great tbr. I haven't read Clockwork Orange but agree that the movie is very messed up. Congrats on your last fiction book by Stephen King, Hearts in Atlantis is a wonderful book!
Im intrigued by Argylle, I may have to pick that one up. Didnt know about the movie but I'm not a huge fan of current movies. From below was good but as I told Danielle I would've loved DC books when i was 12 or 13 lol. She's just tooo YA for me.
I loved both the book and the movie, Hearts in Atlantis. I can’t wait until you read it and tell us what you think. The movie is currently streaming free with Tubi. Anthony Hopkins never disappoints. Hard to believe this book is 25 years old and even harder to believe I read it a quarter of a century ago LOL! Enjoy
I think the House of Secrets duo is good, Dead of Winter was actually really good if you want a little more horror to your Darcy, and then The Haunting of Ashburn House for her more haunted house stuff
Hey, Zack. I have some books for February. I'll start reading Rage before Februrary, but I'll finish it in February, so that counts. My pick for the rest of February is The Girl Who Loved Tome Gordon. I could fit more in, but I want to do two or three a month.
Atlantis is in my top 5 of King's. The woman in the first book, the mother of the kid, EXACTLY like my mom was. It was like King crawled into my history at some point. Creepy. But also cool AF
Hearts in Atlantis was John Funk's favorite Stephen King book. Did you hear he passed away? I know you did a video with him a couple years ago. Very unfortunate.
no, we didn't. We'll both be making videos soon catching up and all that. We took some time away to just focus solely on the new baby and our family instead of feeling like we needed to keep up with reading and filming. We'll be back very, very soon

@@ZacksBooks That's great. It's a big accomplishment. I'm reading in order but it is hard to that. I want to skip around.

I've heard really good things so I'm excited to end on hopefully a high note.
I need to read A Clockwork Orange. I dig the film, and really want to see what differences the book brings.
Man with heavy midwest accent in a Menards shirt...checks out. Great content 🤘

Ya, I'm really excited for it! It seems like it's a favorite for a lot of people so hopefully it'll work for us when we get around to it!
Cool!
Thank you!
Just let me know where to send your complimentary copy.
Christopher Priest is an excellent author. The book The Prestige is a bit different yet just as good in its own way.
Yes!! From below is my favorite Darcy Coates! Interested to see what you think
I've not read anything by Darcy Coates. What do you recommend I read first?
I think the House of Secrets duo is good, Dead of Winter was actually really good if you want a little more horror to your Darcy, and then The Haunting of Ashburn House for her more haunted house stuff
@@ZacksBooks Great!! Thank you.
Just finishing King’s “Holly” and will read “Lockdown” by Alexander Gordon Smith (check that out!) in February 📚

A lot of people say it's one of their all time favorites so I'm curious if it'll change up my top list at all, glad you really liked it too!
Hearts In Atlantis is a favorite of mine, great stuff in that one

I think you could of squeezed in a few more "likes".
I'll aim for that next video, thanks for watching!
Did you guys leave UA-cam?
