1 Cup Chana Dal
1/4 Cup Moong Dhuli
3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
400 Gms Ghiya
1 Badi Elachi
4 - 5 Laung
2 Tej Patta
3 Cups Water (for boiling dal)
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 Pinch Hing
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
Water to Balance Dal
1 tsp Amchoor Powder
Coriander Leaves
For Tadka
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Jeera
Hing
3 Dried Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Sauf
1 Tbsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
