Malir Express Way could be one factor in the development and price appreciation of DHA City and Bahria Town Karachi but not the only factor. Keeping in view the recent open letter of Malik Riaz sb., the problems of Bahria Town are also political in nature and they could only be resolved by Malik Sb. himself.
I still feel that Bahria is a good place to live but not good for investment!

I don't think, Malir Express way will be completed by December 2024. Work progress depends on NEEYAT. If NEEYAT CLEAN, than its possible. Sindh and neeyar clear, not possible???
