Swifty, try setting an alarm. No matter how late you stay up, wake up with the alarm. You can stay up as long as you'd like, as long as you wake up at the time you set. Eventually, your body will want sleep, and you'll be tired enough to sleep early and fix your schedule. I just did this about 4 days ago. :)
