Hi.
There are quite a lot of factors that made the actuator malfunction.
If the display was not power-up then might be an issue with the incoming supply or the power supply unit issue.
If the display is ON, check for any warning or fault appeared.

Hi.
1) Please check the probe end-to-end connection
2) If all correct, then check the fuse inside the fluke calibrator. Wrong probe end-to-end connection can make the fuse to burn.
