I loved this interview. The interviewer was fully engaged and allowed Danny to tell his story without diverting him. Her expressions made Danny want to tell more and more so, this made the whole interview worth watching including the adverts.

So many Ghanaians in abroad has really tried to up lift Ghana flag up high but, unfortunately the kind of the leadership and,also our attitudes back home doesn't help to move as fast a we could, Boy , keep it up!
We hear you bro but there's even no point talking about these leaders anymore. We just have to get things done ourselves
When right holders are empowered to demand their rights, change does happen. We need more public civic education to put duty bearers on their toes for policy to be well implemented. Because on paper, Ghana has one of the robust legal frameworks, the problem is with implementation.

He's from Hackney, North London where I'm from. Kudos to him for getting out of a perilous situation and going to Ghana to find his fortune. Incidentally, Black and Asian boys between the ages of 5 and 13 are consistently performing at the highest standards to the GCSE stage. It is when they transition to Further Education where problems arise and research has shown that there is a causal link to peer pressure (local gangs) and lack of role models (ie., few Black/Asian teachers and being from single-parent homes). Like he says once he had something to focus on and he liked he could move mountains educationally. Focus and support are key.

Fantastic interview sis. Danny you inspired me because my whole life I have been aspiring to inspire before I expire and I never heard it coined so accurately what I have been about xx I am a mum now and born and raised in London ...I was a visionary but didn't have role models like you to look up to among my peers so God has really been my cheerleader and was the invisible inspiration pushing me to do more with my life to be the best version of myself I could be so one day my own children will have the confidence to pursue their dreams. I too got a B in English and wanted to be an artist but born in the 60s my parents generation did not encourate that so I set my dreams aside to get a regular job. But my dreams never left me. God helped me achieve many things and I loved encouraging and inspiring others but did not even realise then I was an influencer until I married my Ghanaian husband ...wow!! Now Ghana is home to me..my story has not yet been told but now my daughters who are your generation have choices and because they have been going and coming to Ghana since the were tiny and I know you Danny and our sister are going to continue to inspire the younger generation like mine that they can build a better future for themselves in Ghana if they want to..they just to believe they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. Ghana helped me find my spiritual home and it is the future for many of us feel a call to return and build a brighter future for African and her sons and daughters even those like me born to carribean parents xx God bless you
