Great report! See how much easier it is to fly when almost everyone checks their bags!! Walk right on- sit down - no standing for 15 minutes while “Karen” can’t figure out how to fit her oversized bag into the overhead compartment!! Love this airline- great fares We are flying it this summer $19 from Burbank to Nor Cal San Fran here we come! $29 to Montana?!,! Wow
Thank you so much! 😊 and yeah, I guess that’s what happens when checking a bag is cheaper than having a carry-on. Personally I travel light (just a backpack) so airlines like this are ideal for people like me. I didn't take Avelo, but I flew Alaska Air out of STS airport just about three weeks ago for a short trip to LA. STS Airport is for a sure a great small airport to get through and loved the references to the Peanuts with the Snoopy and Lucy Statue and cracked up over seeing Charlie Brown and Lucy near the restrooms.
In this case helps I get chance to about everytime I fly I am able to go in cockpit and meet pilot just ask if you could board earlier so you can meet the pilots. Also a way to board earlier LOL.
Haha I’ll remember that! I’m usually too shy to ask to go in the cockpit, but because I’ve been flying Avelo so much and a lot of their crew has begun to recognize me, I feel more confident asking them 😅
