Yeah they have bad service. When i gave car for my first service, they put a dent on left gate.
Although they agreed to repair that on 2nd service but when i asked them during second service they said it's a small dent ignore this as paint willn't match later which is true as hyundai repaint service is of bad quality.
Have you found any other service center which provides better service..?
Damn bhai ye to kaafi galat scene hua hai..

This issue should reach the higher authorities so that a proper resolution is received kyuki koi banda pagal thodi hai service centre ke wrong doings ke expenses khud bear kare..

i20nline is an amazing car, but Koncept Hyundai service center, Okhla is the worst.
I will recommend each everyone to never go the Koncept Hyundai service center in Okhla. I have received text and calls from multiple people who have either been scammed or received very poor service.
@@ShubhDutt totally agree bhai, Hyundai nailed it with the N line in terms of design, build and the specs but after sales service is what makes or breaks the deal. I am from Mumbai and own 2 Hyundai cars myself, never had any such experiences here and both cars run brand new coz of proper service and maintenance !
