I understand the feeling, I'm a 1 woman show when it comes to the cinematic... my mind isn't fully relaxed when I'm in the chair.. I have to consider a million things. Hoping my head stays in frame, second guessing if I pressed record, etc... Now when it comes to editing the video that's a whole different story. I get so relaxed and I love it.

Can’t see anything when your arm is infront
its ok. Sadly the make up artist's arm or head was to much in the camera. Could not see all the relaxing make up strokes
