I'm the only clean eater in my family. We had "chopped & formed" ham, cheesy potatoes, broccoli salad, corn, and a chocolate/cookie style bar for dessert...and my contribution; organic salad greens with farm fresh hard boiled eggs, organic capers, organic cashews, cheese, onions, olives & my homemade raspberry vinaigrette. Really appreciate all the knowledge you share. Hope you & your loved ones had a blessed Thanksgiving.

You’ve often said that it doesn’t matter how you take the herbs, but wouldn’t there be some compounds that are delicate in regards to heat?

Dr J. Thanks so much for all the info online. Hope to take your full course in the future! I was wondering for long term storage of pumpkin nutrition, what would be best for preservation of the vitamins minus alcohol, vinegar? Canned would keep minerals and fiber but now I want those vitamins, woo hoo!

Thank you. What can help with getting memory back from when a person had an accident years ago? It has been years ago the accident happened and it hard to keep information and knowledge and things that has been said or things that has been done in the past and past days to remember that a person has experienced and learn just got bit know that life has happened. A concussion had happened from the accident and wiped lash had happened from the accident too. What can get rid of diabetes and high cholesterol? What can help the gums in the mouth heal up and regrow teeth. What can help with the spine and muscle to heal from an old accident? Yes we have been going to a chiropractor. That has helped. I believe that there can be more to help the body and brain heal from an accident from years passed. Is there something to restore the brain to it was before an accident and get it to better than it was before? Thank you for teaching.

Fantastic! Thinking through leftovers...My homemade simmer sauce includes black strap molasses, ketchup, apples, ACV, cayenne and turkey stock. So that packs a bunch more resources into the menu. And it's topped with homemade coleslaw. That contains cabbage, a little crushed pineapple and some of its juice, Louisiana hot sauce, mayonnaise, and carrot. If the mayo is homemade, that's even better for us!
