Here is my full adventure trying to survive hardcore one block skyblock, but with a catch. The one block is always a luckblock and anytime I break it I could get loot beyond my greatest wishes or a death beyond my worst nightmare. Will I survive?

**If you use this map I warn you, it was made in a "void" biome so mobs do not spawn naturally which is why I added the mods that I did to keep it going and make it more entertaining. Without those mods, there wont be mobs or much to do.

Hardcore Minecraft will flip any casual minecrafter upside-down with an onslaught of hostile mobs that do insane damage to you. In this video I spent 100 days surviving the harsh elements that hardcore minecraft has to offer and I thrived in it.

Happy Monday Everyone! Here's my adventure doing one block luckyblock in HARDCORE mode! This is probably the final video I will be removing from my main channel to put here because I don't want to ruin that channel anymore in case UA-cam magically decides that I didn't do anything wrong (which I didn't).

I haven't finished the video yet, but question: Could you not go to the nether and get gravel to combine with the dirt you already have and make coarse dirt, then hoe it and double your dirt?

First of all great vid. Second the reason why the mobs aren't spawning are because you made the whole platform in slabs

the reason the mobs arent spawning, might be bc the biome is set to "void" which means mobs cant spawn. idk how to change it, but that should be the problem. great video btw!!

Obsidian trap you can break the glass and swim out.... ice turns to water when you break it you didnt have to melt it.... the wishing well has a pressure plate that spawns one block under the lucky block thats where you throw the coin....

Commenting for a better reach for YT algo! I just found you and you deserve to be blown up
So if the wither skeleton spawner works like normal zombie/skeleton/spider/etc spawner in vanilla, then it tries to spawn mobs with their feet up to 4 blocks away horizontally and up to 1 block above or below the spawner. Putting it in the center like you did likely caused there to be mostly failed spawn attempts because of how few valid spaces there were in that setup. Putting it in the corner opened up only about a small bit of the possible spawn locations that you could have.
You would have had absolutely insane rates if you put the spawner centered inside a 9x9x10 chamber (5 blocks below 4 blocks above it) that dropped into a water stream that pushed them 8 blocks from one side into a single block wide stream that leads to the corner where they would drop into the kill chamber. You'd need a slab on top of the spawner to keep them from getting stuck there. The 5 block drop below the spawner is to quickly move them out of the possible spawning space to free it up for another spawn attempt.
If you do 200 days, which you should btw this was dope, and get another spawner to build, then give it a shot and you'll be blown away by how much better it is. Always great content! Glad to see you still creating after your YT troubles 🙏

Is this map built in the void? Someone else had the same problem with their mob spawner and if I'm not mistaken the map they used was put in a void map.

i mean this in the kindest way possible, if you are in any version of minecraft with the “new” swimming, escaping the obsidian water trap is a joke. not hard at all to swim out!

i've not finished the video yet, maybe you figured it yoiurself, but with your zombie egg you could farm zombies until eventually a chicken jockey comes out. They count as hostile mob, so they'll despawn and don't drop eggs, but can be breededwith seed and their offsprings will be normal chicken
There is a way to farm dirt 😌

You are in a snowy biome Which Hinder mobs from spawning I did the same mob spawner Idea in a survival world and it didn't work but when I move Biomes it worked
I have never understood in these lucky block videos why UA-camrs refuse to actually build a platform big enough around the lucky block that stuff doesn't fall into the void. I've seen it multiple times, what's the deal?

Top slabs allow mobs to spawn. The map was made in the void.

In vanilla? This has mob spawners and is in a world with no other mob spawns so it's maximum efficiency

Yep! It works entirely in vanilla. I actually got the design idea from Mysticat years ago I think!
