- Desperately needed a reset day, a day to kick and force myself to do a strength workout. I usually do a a set of upper and lower body 15-20 reps, 3-4 sets. I have a 5kgx2 set of dumbbells and 3kgx2 set. I also cooked chicken adobo for dinner, my son’s and hubby’s favorite.
