just after 2 years. the device spoils already. what to do, just drown inside the dustbin.

My wife bought this machine a couple of months ago and used it only a couple of times, but it won't run now. She has no receipt or even a user/technical manual. Is it charging if the power button is blinking? I need to find a user/trouble shooting manual.

why does my Lumi keep stopping then it makes a sound and starts again?

Hey Joelle, I know it’s a 2 months old comment but I believe you’re talking about the change of pace when you’re using it? It does that every 30sec and it’s just an indicator that you should change to another part of your face. The LumiSpa is meant to be used for 2 min
You are pressing too hard.
Your device is fine, this is the 30 second timer that helps you to know when to move to the next section of your face. It's states it in the instructions.

It starts and stops and starts and stops. Is it suppose to do this? I feel like I run it over one cheek twice and it stops and then starts again. I don't know whether to keep it going on my face or take it away from my face, then put it back on, then take it away, then put it back and so on. I wish it would just STAY on going back and forth and stop when my time is up.

Its supposed to do it. U press the power button then when it starts working you start with your forehead and when it stops u wait for it to start again and move to the left cheek and when it stops agai u move to the right cheek and chin last. You have this explained in the manual book that comes with device
