Soobin wearing the US flag in a interview abt british slang is so 😭
the reason why beomgyu kept posing while saying "peng!" and "peng-ha!" is because in korea, there is a cartoon penguin character named pengsoo that says "peng-ha!" in the same way beomgyu was. so that's why they loved that one so much. :)
Can confirm that dodgy is a regular part of the Australian vocabulary hahaha. Same with cuppa and bloke (more commonly mate but occasionally bloke), sometimes I hear hench but not often…
Big ups AU 🇦🇺
Actually They're so good at English. Hueningkai was born in Hawai and Yeonjun lived in California for 2 years when he was young.. So they speak English a lot in some occations❤
Yay I can't believe I got a number of words, quid, knackered, gutted, gobsmacked, cuppa. Maybe from the UK movies I've watched before. You may react next to the TXT interview with Jessi, TXT in a series of unfortunate events, TXT and Moas have trust issues, or Yeonjun being done.
Water bottle.
I knew a couple of them ( peng , gobsmacked, henge, chuffed, crack on...) from music and UA-cam ( I'm from the US). Great reaction! 😊
I've heard most of these from movies and TV shows and from personal use. Like 2 or 3 were new
I live in the southwest too! From Devon
Canadian + read harry potter the british version of the books when I was younger. So I knew some of these words... not all of them though
React to TXT Debut song Crown
Water bottle
This is impossible without the context for the words 😅 Please react to their interview with jessi!!
Water bottle
Oh yes!!! Please it's the funniest thing ever 😂 txt and Jessi interview will forever be one of the funniest interview ever!
I think being Canadian and working alongside many people from the UK and growing up with British TV, most of the terms are known and probably used. I worked with mostly Scottish women for 10 years and still 40 years later, use some of their terminology. 20 years past my internship as a Scot, at a different job, I got so pissed about something, that someone, that I had already worked with for over 10 years asked if I was Scottish. Must have been channeling a friend who had passed 🤣 and I didn’t even know I had done it. Hopefully that makes sense
I'm so shocked you said that you don't hear dodgey much 😭 around my ends its pretty common lmao
Nah I use dodgy, Hank Marvin I don’t hear lol
Im from the Netherlands but never heard any of it 🤦♀️ tho i talk with British people all the time
Water bottle!
*Plzz check out TREASURE* 🥺🙏🏻
*They’re super talented with great personalities.*
*You won’t regret knowing them.* 😌
*STAN TALENT, STAN TREASURE!!* 💎✨
Can you react to "libido" by onlyoneof and the guilty pleasure version 🙃
Libido is such a cute song 😊
LMAO YALL WRONG FOR SETTING HIM UP LIKE THAT 🤣🤣🤣
@@mehreenn 😅😂
I used to live in the UK (multiple different places in Scotland and Wales, not England, and not Northern Ireland, though I did live in the republic of ireland!)
I had never heard of hank marvin or peng before!!!!
I actually knew a few of these since my dad's side of the family is Australian. My dad used to always say hes starvin' Marvin every time he was hungry, now I understand where it came from XD
you should react to soul from p1harmony!! he’s so funny and weird😭😭
I'm from the UK and know all of these, but some I didn't even realise were slang as I've been saying them all my life 😂 Scran is such a good word 😂 Water Bottle!
I was born and raised in The U.S. but my mum lived in England for a few years and so I've heard quite a few of the slang words and actually use them. Gobsmacked, Gutted and Dodgy are commonly said in my house lmao... but I can't really say the same for the rest of the Americans out there.
i didn't expect hank marvin to be in there 😭
South Africa too uses dodgy
wait dodgey is a pretty common word at least imo
I am from Switzerland and I have heard the words gutted and dodgy before.
we use almost all of these in Ireland/NI, the ones no one really uses we still know the meaning of :]
What do you call the little cars that crash into each other at the fun fair in Australia we call it dodgum cars.
i’m american and i think i got close to all of them
I enjoyed the video as usual, thanks. Water bottle
Glad you enjoyed! :)
water bottle!!!
