Eerie, Indiana was one of my all time favorite shows from the 90's. It's a pity it only got 1 season. That Halloween Boy Meets World episode is my favorite episode of the whole series (and I adore that series). I love the humor throughout and the serious turn at the end. Very well done.
They knew exactly how to do horror comedy back then it is funny how the series started on a Christmas episode but Halloween episodes are what it is remembered for well technically speaking it started as shorts for The Tracey Ullman Show

Great idea for a video. There are some classic holiday episodes of various shows over the years. I'd add that Home Improvement and That 70s Show had some memorable Halloween episodes. Of course the best will always be the Tree House of Horror Simpson's specials.
Man I loved are you afraid of the dark? growing up!! YTV always made Halloween fun, YTV in general was great in the 90"s. Canadian kids tv was only allowed so much time for add content throughout the day so they had to creative to fill in the time and made a lot of original content. They had PJ's ( program jockeys ) instead of DJ's that would introduce shows and do skits and stuff. Really miss those days as a kid.
YTV was the bomb! I remember always watching YTV, especially after school. AYAOTD is a jem of Canadian TV. It will always be remembered for all 90's Canadian. Pj's Phil was my favorite and Sugar too!
My all-time favorite Halloween episode of any show is Quantum Leap S3E5 "The Boogieman". It's a great example of 20th century small town horror in the vein of HP Lovecraft or Stephen King. Considering that Quantum Leap was not a horror series, that episode had some genuinely freaky moments.
I remember begging my dad to run us to the store to buy a blank VHS tape so I could record that episode of Are you Afraid of the Dark 30 mins before it premiered. Made it just in time.
I was just watching Eerie Indiana last week on DVD, I grew up watching the show as a kid, I wish it had another season with the original cast like Omri Katz. Also I’m glad you mentioned Dr Quinn Medicine Woman, that show was underrated, it’s like Little House on the Prairie of the 90s!
I watched "Are you afraid of the dark"with all the kids I babysat 😂🧡✨🖤 sometimes I'd bring glow in the dark nail polish or stickers. We had so much fun😂
Home Improvement episode where Tim was haunted by the Lady In Red was great, the one where Brad and Jennifer were supposed to go to a Halloween party together as Raggedy Anne and Andy, and she shows up in biker clothes and Rider Strong, and of course the one where Wilson pulled a prank on Tim pretending to be dead!! LOL
We made a list of 10. We have plenty of others lined up that we were excited to cover (including both Stevil episodes). But there doesn't appear to be much action on this one so we haven't decided upon continuing with more planned Halloween specials yet.

Never heard of Eerie, Indiana, though. Don't think I've ever watched Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, either. I'm surprised there were no mentions of any of The Simpsons "Treehouse of Terror" episodes, though. Thanks for the video!
Although it was mainly an 80s show, Growing Pains had a memorable, two-part Halloween episode in 1990, the same month as the Simpsons' first Treehouse episode.
Hey thanks! We could use the feedback on this one. Being the first time we premiered a scheduled video, it didn't get around like our regular videos do. We decided not to give up so we're making a second Halloween video right now. Thanks for watching and for commenting too!
Oh number one has to be the Christmas show where Tim has the boys help him putting the decorations on the roof and he gets the hammer frozen to his tongue!!! LOL
There's a chance it'll make it into the current video we're building. Can't promise anything because it's already been bumped once and our next Halloween video list filled in quickly with requests. Thanks for mentioning it!
I know it's a cartoon and not live action tv, but the Hey Arnold episode "The Haunted Train" deserves a spot on this list or on a cartoon specific one.

I like the one that came out around the time that Jason goes to hell did and at the end Jason kills them
