I thought these trails were already built and open or maybe that was San Vicente? The Feds won’t allocate funds for trail building? Sheesh..this will take another 10 years to open.
Trail interactions are the responsibility of all users of the trails. Mountain bikers can wear bells which is a great start. Hikers should not wear headphones and should be aware of their surroundings. Everyone can and should be nice, friendly, and enjoy this amazing new resource.
