- Monster Energy® AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, is the most competitive and highest-profile off-road motorcycle racing championship on the planet. Over 17 weeks between January through May and a million-dollar All-Star Race, Supercross attracts some of the largest and most impressive crowds inside the most recognizable and prestigious stadiums in North America to race in front of nearly one million live fans and broadcast to millions more worldwide. The track takes all the exciting obstacles of outdoor riding-jumps, turns, and bumps-amplifies them, and puts them in easy view of spectators.
Founded in America and sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) in 1974, Supercross is currently co-sanctioned by the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), the official global governing body for motorcycle racing, thus making it a formal World Championship.

what more can we get out of one Supercross season this year has been insane I love every second of it
If whoever wins the 250's and or 450's gives the Mile High Salute, Denver Broncos fans will lose their shit. Hoping for Eli or Kroc to grab the win.
I want to see tracks that separate the talent. When you have a race where 1st through 15th are only 1 or 2 seconds apart, you are not watching great racing, but just the "FIM law of just average". Have you ever wondered why the 450 guys have no confidence to win? Because these SX tracks are not challenging enough to separate the talent, and they realize their best lap time is only 1 second faster than 10th place. The only guys who speak with confidence are some of the new 250 guys, who have not been beaten down yet by the new "FIM law of just average".
@@EarthSurferUSA 100% The truth!! These tracks have been lame an boring this year
@@EarthSurferUSA I agree with you to a certain extent on the tracks being too cookie cutter. But, look at just ET3's wins this year and he's winning by 10 to 12 seconds over 2nd place. Now granted one of those wins was at Daytona which is a different animal and I look forward to that race because its more of a hybrid mx/sx type of track. I would love to see more variety with these sx tracks but we have to keep in mind you're dealing with X amount of square feet in order to build these tracks on, it's limited with time and space. I don't have a good answer for this problem, but i'd love to see more than a one line course.
Go tomac
We will be there in about 4 hours, forecast to be 48 so not too bad. I think the riders will like it but us spectators should go prepared. It’s going to be great!
75 on my couch!
The colder air will offset the high altitude thin air for both the bikes and the racers. I don't know for sure, but the oxygen level per stroke and per breath may be very close to a sea level race in 80 deg air. Take it from Michigan guy, you can ride off road as low as 40 degrees F., and still not get cold with normal riding gear, if the trail is tough enough to require standing and working.
The altitude will be a major factor despite the temp. WIsh it worked that way.
excellent background music!
Wohoo we ready
I remember a track crew vid at a cold race, doing their "we are driving down the street now." segments, and they were amazed by a guy using a gas powered snowblower on the snow clogged sidewalk. Just thought I would bring that up to the crew member huffing snow with a little shovel at 1:20, getting arm pump. Yea guys, you could have rented a snowblower in CO. I am sure. :)
Extreme temperatures?
supercross is the baddeest sport in the world
I was a factory mechanic for a long time.
First btw I love supercross
I just don’t understand why in the fuck would you spend millions and millions of dollars on a stadium with no roof
Maybe adding 22% nitrogen will help.
Before this vid, Ski Doo runs a snowmobile ad, (that I can't click out of), in the middle of April.
How can you tell they have a "progressive" CEO? LOL
Why does everyone run Dunlops ? Bridgestone are way better..
Cause dunlop is the sponsor this year. I'd run maxxis all day
👎kill the sound effects👎. So amateur- can’t hear as well👎
LoL it's not going to be in the low 20's
First
328th!!!
