This was great man thanks for the professional install video! I love how you leave your bloopers in the final video. And I think it is for looks and most of all safety. Ride Safe
Big Drew, just installed bag lights. taped 2 popsicle sticks together, taped them to top of light bar = perfectly even. hardest part? getting the red backing off 3M tape. no kidding
They look great. I’m actually getting my FLTRU very soon ( you were a big part of that) and trading in my FLTRXS. First will be the Pro Beam tail light and Fillerz. I’ll start with those then maybe the low profile bagz
Lol.. oh yeah, I love LEDs, led's in the front so i can see and leds in the rear so others can see me. They are bright enough where even if the driver following me isn't paying any attention at all the lights are gonna get their attention especially with the magic strobes, if you can't see me when I touch my brakes your either blind or asleep at the wheel and they might even wake em up if they are asleep.
Andrew those lights look great not to mention it improves safety but really improves the look also. I still have my 2017 Road Glide Ultra stock. Weather up here in New Hampshire has sucked No April mostly rain and temps in fifties.
i tape a popsicle stick to saddle bag lid back edge, that way i can place LED light strip against hard surface that will make install parallel with saddle bag lid edge.
So, I’m definitely going to get the strobe, and Fillerz or bag lights. Are you saying the very first thing I need to plug into my bike is the strobe, then what ever else I get, afterwards? Thanks eh 🇨🇦
Very nice and detailed video. I have the same ProBeam tail light and fillerz, wanna add the saddlebags lights as well, but confused between the low profile BAGZ and the ProBeam BAGZ "ProBeam will unify the look, but the low profile looks much nicer", any advice?
@@Touringmidwest Thanks, I couldn't tell from the Video if they were Strobing or if you were just using them as Turn Signals and Marker lights, Subcribed & Liked
I am putting the tour pak detach kit on my 14 ultra limited and I will loose my directionals. I am wondering if they give off enough lighting when used alone with no other lighting ???
Will these plug into my 04 heritage? I put the hogworkz saddlebags on my bike with the conversion bracket kit. I already have the triple play mod on my bike
Thank you very much that was very informative what year is your bike and how tall are you because I'm only 5-8 and I have an ultra limited 2015 a seat aren't quite touching the ground you have any recommendations for me because the bike is so heavy I don't want to drop it
@@Touringmidwest there's a custom upholstery shop that specializes redoing motorcycles seats I'm going to look into her because that's a heated seat on it and I don't want to really take away from it I'm also going to look into maybe changing the shocks or just in the shops if I can thank you for everything I'm definitely going to invest in the light kit from Custom Dynamics
Looks good! But I am going to wait a few more weeks when the New Pro Beam Bag lights are released. The design of the Pro Beams will really help visibility from the side as the design should kinda wrap around the corner of the bag. Shall see! Waiting on my Pro Beam taillight, Fillers and New Fender tip Lights. Thanks as always for doing these videos!!
hey i have an ultra-limited and the fillers in the center with a led brake light and the bag lights also have the magic strobe. are the bag lights sequential? i am having trouble when i turn the signals on and hit the brakes the bag lights are flashing in a strange way, not like the rest of the lights, any ideas where i messed up? thanks
@@Touringmidwest hey thanks for the reply, yeah i did the sequence after installation, custom dynamics said i needed a (signal decoder)$79 to make the bag signals lights work when braking with the signal on at the same time. i saw in your install video yours flashed just like they're supposed to, i wondered if you noticed anything strange when you turn and brake, together, or is it just mine?, the only difference is my lights have amber turn color, and you have a road glide ultra. i have to get it working my 11yr old daughter loves to ride with me and safty is #1 and i agree with you the more attention you have on your bike the better. hey ride safe and thanks again...
@@TIMBHMAXX22 the decoder makes sense if your on an older bike.. Pre canbus whenever they was.. 2012 or 14 or whatever. Mine has no issues as far as that goes.. I love that you have your daughter out there.. Gavin and I still ride, he's 13 now so time is probably short for us, I'm sure soon he won't want to ride with me anymore..

Hey brother.. good to hear from you. I hope all is well. Thank you.
Well done. Will install for safety and the looks
They are AWESOME
Thanks for the video, you answered a few questions. I bought them for the additional awareness.
It's so good to have extra lights

That 3m tape is serious stuff!
I'm new to your channel Just watched your first video thank you very much !!
Nicely done! I like the profile and the light pattern a lot. May have to add these...

Hell yeah brother they look awesome! Great video and keep up the great work brother 🤙🍻🍻🍻
Thanks for the video you made it look really easy
No problem at all..
Do the same thing to your udders 😁 they’ll look great lit up 👍 some don’t like LEDs but I do so much early morning riding, it makes a lot of sense

Geez! All you're missing is a Christmas tree on the back of your bike, you have enough lights! LOL!!
So much light lol
Helpful when installing my new set. Good job!
Thank you, I'm glad it helped.

Same here, I've only had the bike out a handfull of times so far.
Lookin good Andrew keep up the good work!.. Definitely will be adding them to my Road Glide...
They definitely look good.
I just ordered some bagz for my Road Glide. Not the low profile ones though. Great videos.
Thank you very much

That's a good idea
i used your popsicle idea but modified it a wee bit: taped 2 together and taped it to top of light bar. perfectly even! thx!!
Just found your channel . I hit the sub button..👍👍
I very much appreciate that, thank you!
Drew, u are the man! Did u get the sequential turn signal saddlebag lights?
I did..
So, I’m definitely going to get the strobe, and Fillerz or bag lights. Are you saying the very first thing I need to plug into my bike is the strobe, then what ever else I get, afterwards?

Yep.. magic strobe first and than lights.

I prefer the look of the low profile BAGZ myself but it all comes down to preference and the look you want to go for.
Touring Midwest thank you dear, ordered the low profile and shall share some photos once received and fixed on the bike
Great Vid , Did you cut the yellow-green the Bagz to utilizing magic strobes, stobe effect? Or did you just plug it in after the Magic Stobe?
These i just plugged in

@@NoodlesNJ1 i appreciate that, thank you and welcome to the channel
Hey man how do you intergrate the turn singal with the rear bag tail light thank in advance
It’s all plug and play so it plugs right into the factory harness and just works.

They are very bright, if you did want a little more you could with the ProBeam bagz they are wider.. probably equal to 3 of these.
Will these plug into my 04 heritage? I put the hogworkz saddlebags on my bike with the conversion bracket kit. I already have the triple play mod on my bike
I am not sure about the heritage but I would guess that they all plug in the same
