- This video we're testing out the stealth addon for Pinhead, called Chatterer's Tooth, that gives you undetectable for 25 seconds after picking up the box, with some other downsides as well. This addon is interesting and changes up a lot of how you normally play him, and also could lead to some interesting build ideas.

I use this add-on but without iridescent lament of configuration, because I want the survs to go for the box. I keep beating them to it and take advantage of that, never let them get the box. Also deadman switch is good with this.
I was actually going to bring up Dead Man's Switch as well. You would think that something like this will force survivors off of gens pretty easily.

This add-on is funny with insidious to camp the box too :)
That ultra rare add-on seriously needs a range buff. 24 meters is alot and doesn't really hide it well enough. I'd say it should be more like 12-16 meters.
Tofu, build idea with this! Engineer's Fang & Chatterer's Tooth, plus PWYF. The idea is that Engineer's Fang makes people injured really easily, so the stealth is a lot scarier when you're basically 1-shot downing people, and PWYF doesn't lose a stack when you injure someone with the chain. The speed makes traversing the map to get to the box less harmful and also makes getting to the survivors faster while you're still undetectable more reliable. And you can use the tracking from picking up the box to more easily find the obsession and farm stacks!
Chatterer’s Tooth without using the Chatterer skin… criminal
So I have to wonder what that would mean story wise. The tooth is firm the chatterer making it not be able to chatter is what the add-on says. So he has dentures then?

I was the boosted mikaela in the second game. It was fun to go against a different pinhead build haha. Also we didn’t get harassed by chains when chain hunt started. Ggs :)
The Iri Configuration also kind of screws the build. If the box is way off in Narnia no one will go for it because they can't see it. Another big bonus to this add on if finding survivors at the box, but that can't happen when they don't see the aura

I really like this add-on too. As others have been saying, it works a little better without the iri simply because it allows you to basically bait out survivors. Most survivors don't want to deal with the chain hunt after all.
I like the thought process, but a good survivor would notice that the chain progress would also disappear from their portraits when you pick the cube up, which makes the iri addon significantly less useful.
all that means is they know your undetectable but they still dont know where you are? since they cant see where the box is they have no idea where you could be other than knowing you werent within 24 meters (since they couldnt see the box)

I had an idea like that as well. What about pairing with Franklin's, so survivors are forced to drop the box if they're healthy? If they're injured they go down and you can just hook them.
That add on is super useful for camping because you can hook right next to it and have a chain hunt active while camping
Problem with a lot of addons is how poorly worded they are. From just looking at it, Chatter's tooth is fricken AWFUL. "You lose chainhunt, but get to hunt down the box to get undetectable." It doesn't point out you basically get on demand tracking, nor that it briefly interrupts survivors. Like, running this with dead man's switch basically negates the need for pain resonance, since at any point after you hook, you just pick up the box, and boom, everyone lets go with no counterplay since you never know when pinhead is picking up the box.
Would be cool to try it with deadmans switch and agitation, carry the survivor to a hook as close to the box as you can then after you hook them pick up the box and it will make everyone scream causing all the gens being worked on to be blocked

if you know where the survivors need to go you could make a pretty nasty insidious build with the theeth addon plus the one that makes your chain hurt survivors for a fast 2 hit down... maybe...
I just had an idea. Imagine an add on that spawns a false box. Like they see the aura of the false one and have to solve the false one to see the aura of the real one. The false box would just waste time and I would say Pinhead wouldn`t be able to teleport when they do the wrong box.
well if hoarder and franlkings demise you would have sean them take the box and then hit would have caused them to drop the box.. so catch in and trigger your undetectable while closer to one survivor...
also since running for the box is away from survivor make your choice might be interesting since it will give you incentive to go away from hook... and make your choice goes so well along flood of rage scourge hook.
so there the build idea.
I been getting a lot of DCs lately too, I have been burning Coldwind Farm offerings because I hate going to indoor maps as ranged killers and for some reason I get a DC or someone giving up on hook nearly every game. Survivors just hate when you burn a map offering for some reason even when you burn a heavily survivor sided one.

Hey, could you do a Pinhead build including Lethal Purser, to find the box early on and as many times as possible?
The irri box is prob the worst add-on to run with Tooth. Think the best way to get tooth value is to run it with a torture pillar so the chain hunt starts sooner if they don't grab the box. Most survivors will head for the box when a hunt is about to start, so you know what area at least 1 survivor will be in. Basically guarantees a chase, and you can try and zone them off box and get them on hook before picking up the box so you’ve got your 25 seconds of undetectable and scream info. Playing it like this will force them to send multiple healthy survivors to deal with the box, or ignore it and be in a chain hunt for a long ass time.
I think you do need the Ultra Rare to get this add on to work. even 24m is quiet a range, i feel like it should be 16 to be UR but oh well. Surveillance and even Oppression are unnecessary, i feel. but i love the idea for this build:) Tofu has been real creative with these videos and new builds
not sure about undervaluing this add-on, undetectable is one of the best things you can bring in this game. Less to do with gen grabs a lot more to do with denying loops and shortening chases because a prepared survivor isn't going down to an average M1 chase quickly

Tofu there’s no chain hunt when you use the addon, so it’s always worth grabbing the box
There's still the chain hunt that happens if the box is not grabbed by a survivor for a long period of time, which happened once during the first game.

The killer knows where the survivors are at all times. It knows this because it knows where they aren't. By subtracting where they are from where they aren't, or where they aren't from where they are, whichever is greater, it obtains a difference, or deviation.

I ran Tooth/Box for the Undetectable challenge. It's a lot of fun. My perks were Franklin's/Trail of Torment/Tinkerer/Discordance. I didn't know Tooth would let me know where people were. If I ran it a second time, I'd change Trail out for Dark Devotion and Discordance for Dead Man's.

I usually play killer. But I went against this pinhead. That had this add-on and iridescent fang. On RIPD and I forget his perks but he did have knockout. Wack game. 4k us.
