Required ingredients :
Rice - 2 Cups ( 500 Gms ) - ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಅರ್ಧ ಕೆಜಿ
Water 3 Cups ( 750 ml ) - ನೀರು 3 ಕಪ್ ನಷ್ಟು
Potato - 2 Nos - ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ 2
Capsicum - 1 Big - ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಂ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡದು
Onion - 2 Nos - ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ 2
Tomato - 2 Nos - ಟೊಮೆಟೋ ಹಣ್ಣು 2 (ಆಪಲ್ )
Garlic - 1 - ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ 1
Ginger - 1 Inch - ಶುಂಠಿ ಒಂದಿಂಚು
Oil - 4 tbsp - ಎಣ್ಣೆ 4 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Ghee - 2 tbsp - ತುಪ್ಪ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Bay leaf - 1 -ಪಲಾವ್ ಎಲೆ 1
Clove - 2 - ಲವಂಗ 2
Kasuri methi - Little / 1tsp - ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೆಂತ್ಯ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Elaichi - 2 - ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ 2
Cinnamon - 1 Inch - ಚಕ್ಕೆ 1 ಇಂಚಿನಷ್ಟು
Star masala - 1 - ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಹೂವೆಂದು
Ananas masala flower - 2 - ಅನನಸ್ ಮೊಗ್ಗು 2
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp - ದನಿಯಾ ಕಾಳು 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Grated coconut - 4 to 5 tbsp - ತುರಿದ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ 4 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp - ನಿಂಬೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸ 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Green chilli - 8 to 10 -ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಎಂಟರಿಂದ ಹತ್ತು
Curd - 2 tbsp - ಮೊಸರು ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Mint leaves - 1 hand full - ಪುದಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಒಂದು ಹಿಡಿಯಷ್ಟು
Coriander leaves - Little - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Curry leaves - Little - ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
byadgi chilli - 10 to 15 - ಬೆಡಗಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಹತ್ತರಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು
Asafoetida - Little - ಇಂಗು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು
